I've worked with Celina/Artistic Hardware on many of our interior design jobs, and I have always found them to be knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and professional. I appreciate the organized specifications, complete with photographs that arrive in my inbox only a few days after we've met to select plumbing fixtures, accessories, mirrors, and vanities. The information they provide is comprehensive for us and our clients to review, leading to quicker approvals and the best results upon project completion. I have recommended them repeatedly and will continue to do so.

I used this place in 2008 for kitchen & powder room fixtures and was very pleased with the experience and value.I returned this year 2024 for help with a master bathroom remodel. The showroom is lovely and the designer Celina was very helpful in creating a plan and all choices for shower hardware, faucet, cabinet handles, high end toilet and a vanity.The company policy of no returns on custom orders was given to me at time of order placement. The vanity was cracked when delivered and also not the quality expected. Because of that I spent money on my contractor who was there to install (my loss) and could not.Waiting to get a new vanity delayed progress over a month so my fixtures attached to vanity weren’t installed within the 30 day return policy. It turned out the toilet paper holder faced wrong direction from what the designer had assured me would be workable.I asked to exchange this for one that did work for area and they added a 35% restocking fee charge (for their misguided suggestion). I asked them to please remove that fee and they emailed me a nasty response, told me they were only credit me the cost of holder minus the 35% fee and WOULD NOT ORDER ME A NEW FIXTURE.Given the amount of money I spent overall, their mistake with broken vanity, delay and the wrong fixture I was shocked. Poor customer service and rude responses.I will not be back. It’s too bad because the design support was very good.

I went here during Covid to purchase drawer pulls and was simply looking at the display and was quickly sent away stating appointments only. I went back today to give it another try this time looking for lighting and the doors are locked again stating by appointment only. Not a car in the parking lot. Ridiculous

Love Love Love working with Pat and his team.....fabulous showroom, excellent knowledge of product, each person who works with you takes their time, and makes working together a pleasure.

I wouldn't call this a hardware store at all, more like a home furnishings store. There aren't shelves of batteries, nuts and bolts, or anything you'd find in a hardware store.

Love this store! The showroom is filled with the most fabulous light fixtures, sinks, vanities, and the most impressive toilets you will ever see. The hardware section is to die for. Bring your favorite pins from Pinterest... the staff here will help you make it happen. Huge thank you for digging through countless sink catalogs to find me exactly what I wanted. I could not be happier with the experience and the end result. My bathroom is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Great service. Extremely knowledgeable with a huge, varied selection. Hardware for every need. Basic to designer and everything in between. Kitchen, bath, door and more. They have, or can get, anything you need. New construction or remodeling this is your go-to store.
