My dad, who is old and isn’t tech-savvy, brought his iPhone SE in for a simple screen repair. The phone was perfectly fine before the repair. Surprisingly, it took two hours to complete, and during that time, they replaced the sensor and battery with bootleg parts. This caused the phone to overheat, and they claimed the battery was bad and the motherboard was overheating.
They then sold him an iPhone 11 for $180, creating a new iCloud and transferring contacts because he was in a rush for work. Later, we discovered the battery was not genuine when the phone flagged it as an “Unknown Part.” We had to take it to a reputable repair shop to fix it properly.
Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I would not recommend Batteries Plus to anyone.

Scott and the team at Batteries Plus saved my butt with our beach cart battery and were great to deal with. Scott - thank you so much for coming to my house to swap the batteries and make sure everything worked - you went beyond expectations and we're so appreciative. My phone had been lost and smashed by a car. Someone turned it in to batteries plus. Someone there reached out to us thankfully and we were able to get it back. They did a great job also on repairing the screen. Thanks guys!

Was visiting my son and submerged my iPhone. They sold me a replacement that 1. was not able to activate touch validation and 2. Had a broken microphone. Callers could not hear me. Totally took advantage of me!!!

If I could give this place is zero I will it’s very unprofessional. I love the tablet for two weeks for them to tell me that they needed another two weeks because their tech was on vacation for two weeks. I had a call in 4 to 5 times to see what’s going on with the tally because they don’t keep you up-to-date and then the day I called he told me I will give you a call back in half hour. He never called me backvery unprofessional.

I genuinely thought my phone was done for. It had bad water damage. I dropped it off with Luke who was very friendly and took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. John’s communication as he was fixing it was top tier. My phone ended up working pretty well and I was able to retrieve all my data. Highly recommend this place!

Great service from start to finish. I dropped my phone and cracked my screen and they went above and beyond trying to get it fixed. Phone is back to brand new. So thankful for john and his friendly co worker up front. Great team.

If you need a key fob programmed go here!! You can order the exact same key fob online and take it here to be programmed. They charged me $70 when everyone else wanted $100- $600 ..Great knowledgeable guys!!!

They couldn't fix my OnePlus Open phone as prices skyrocketed due to tariffs BUT they could have reassembled it as the front screen worked and it was operational as a phone. Update: They are now reassembling phone so I can at least use front screen.
