I needed a new SIM card and they had one in stock. When it turned out to be faulty, they went above and beyond, installing the replacement, calling Boost, and making sure everything was activated properly. Excellent customer service all around

Very bad experience. Bought and signed up for prepaid with iPhone 11 so my daughter could establish some credit. Only to find out the "free" phone is locked and under a year contract before we can move it!!! Only if the last resort like it was mine and still think twice . Wish I waited!!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone or there families

I have been here a handful of times and every time it has been the same man. Great place as he makes things very easy and does most of the work for you. He's honest and knowledgeable. I threw a budget out there and he told me my honest options. Love walking out and making a call before getting into the car because it's ready to go out the door

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE..THIS WOMEN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO APPLY YOUR ACP BENIFIT TO YOUR ACCOUNT .EVEN IF YOUR QAILIFIED!!! SHE YELLS BACK AT YOU AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MANGERS INFORMATION SHE HAS MESSED UP EVERYTHING SHE TRIES TO DO.VERY UNPLEASANT AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE. SHES COST ME OVER 200 BECAUSE SHE CANT ASK FOR HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOOST STORE UNLESS YOU JUST NEED A SIMPLE THING DONE.OTHERWISE. My old cell phone died. This Boost Mobile shop was quite clean and welcoming. The person who waited on me was very courteous and helpful. I was on my way with a new phone, with all my data transferred to the new phone, in under 15 minutes. I will definitely return in the future.

I just have been so pleased with Boost Mobile as my Provider now about 4 years. I've never had a problem and their plans are great.
