Terrible experience. Rude associates. Gross smell inside. I asked a cashier for help finding a bottle of Tito's. She told me she didn't think they sold that brand. SERIOUSLY? Now wait!, it gets worse. Before checkout, got cornerd by an old white guy with glasses and bad teeth. He asked for my number. After leaving I witnessed a customer throwing up beside the store. Very bad experience. I will never return.

I have been a loyal customer to bootleggers since they opened, but recently I came in to get some cheers for the new year and on the way out I put 5$ into the lottery machine little did I know they didn't have any five$ tix,so I asked the supervisor for a refund and he told me sorry he couldn't help me. Not good customer service in the mean time someone else is hollering to me about being able to read. This was Petey the warehouse manager. I don't know who manages this place but they need to retrain some of their workers on being respectful to their customers. I will not be patronizing Bootleggers anymore. Gave them the 👢!!

Not customer friendly. Just a bunch of workers walking around doing nothing and playing games. Very unprofessional. I will spread the word and won't be returning.

This store has the WORST Customer service, They truly must not care about making profit at all. All the staff just talk amongst themselves and they do not answer any questions. I can see why they use these pathetic workers at night instead during the daytime because clearly they aren’t good enough to work anywhere else. Literal losers.

I just went to Bootleggers just a few minutes before closing. I have been a good customer for many years. I knew what I wanted and would be out of the store prior to closing. I was denied and will no longer visit that establishment

Was there earlier , I asked 2 girls what I want . Both like we busy , when there was no customers. I don't suggest anyone to go. 1 said go to her 2nd said look for ur self 3rd I dunno. so unprofessional. go joe canal's, they made friendly and professional not this people. Up to you guys. Either u want to be treated nice or be treated like bad. 3 employees treated me so bad .

Good selection of beers from the USA & around the world. I always stop in, to grab a sixer(or more) when I am in the area. Good prices. Used to price match(no longer do this). Can't speak on the wine/liquor selection. But it's definately a nice shopping experience. When I need to find a craft/imported beer, that is on my radar, they usually have it, when other liquor stores near me, do not.

I loved Bootleggers until they stopped comparing price when the new owner took over. When I asked to compare they asked for my receipt from White Horse Liquor. I did not have it because price was online. In the past with old owner, they would take the time to look it up in computer and Match price. Why would I drive to absecon, purchase a wine then drive to bootleggers with receipt???? Bad customer service. Always felt like they wanted to satisfy the customer before, don't feel that way now
