I might’ve visited this Dunkin for the last time. When you make a simple request here it’s as if you’re asking for the most complicated thing ever. Today I ordered two 5 count munchkins for my kids. They gave me a single 10 count. You’re probably thinking “5 and 5 makes 10 so what’s the big deal?” Well it’s a little bit of a deal when you have two kids in the back of your car, you’re the one driving, and it’s raining outside. That’s the problem. So I spent two minutes trying to explain to this lady why I need a second cup. My other issue is when I order iced coffee sometimes I ask if they can stir it instead of swiping the cup. I don’t ask because they are my servants. I ask because they’re literally taught to stir the drink and not swirl it. Only because you don’t mix the drink and there’s a bunch of sugar piled at the bottom of your drink. I started traveling 3.5 more miles further to the Dunkin in English creek just to get an iced coffee. They always stir my drinks, and they’re consistent. I probably won’t visit the one in tilton road again.I will say that the store manager is a nice guy, a few of the morning staff are really nice, and when I’ve been there in the evening the guys working are pretty laid back and make the drinks the right way. It’s just a select few in that opening to lunch time window that make your trip miserable.

Absolutely terrible service. I was in the drive thru and had to wait 25 minutes. First I waited about 15 minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to get the order but no one came since there was only one person working. Then once I ordered I got up to the window and had to wait ten minutes. I was watching the worker and he was pretty much just standing there and taking his time. Don’t know what he was doing since the people behind me still didn’t have their order taken. The person behind me kept beeping like it was my fault that I had to wait. When I finally got the drink I realized the worker didn’t even make it right. If I could I would give 0 stars. Please don’t waste your time here.

I live right around the corner and this is the most convenient location for me. I go about 2-3 times a week and almost EVERY time I go, the employees forget something in my order or mess something up. It’s been many times I’ve gone through the drive through and have to drive around and go inside to tell them to fix my order. It just takes away the whole purpose of a drive through and I shouldn’t be constantly inconvenienced.

For a high volume store, might I suggest a person at the counter at all times. Too many staff manning the drive thru and food prep stations and no one to handle customers coming into the store. I watched people walk out because no one was at the

Just so everyone knows at this location these morons are mixing the espresso with milk in a pitcher and using that for their espresso drinks. 0 stars for being idiots.

Was at the speaker for about 30-45 seconds trying to decide my order, I said hold on, and I was being yelled at through the speaker by a drive-thru employee saying "HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? HELLO? WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Obviously, I could hear her. An enraged customer then proceeded to leave her car and walk up to the driver window to yell at me. Girl at the drive thru window with green hair said it wasn't the businesses' fault because I need to be considerate of others, and she is not a manager at this location. Actually, I felt the event started because of the impatient employee yelling at me through the speaker in the first place. Terrible customer service. They only care about their Drive-Thru time, which is not enough time at all for a consumer to view the menu. I will not be returning back to this location. I never had an issue at any other Dunkin' (Absecon, EHT, Galloway, Pleasantville) etc., This location has cold and callous approaches and they could use a lesson in how to handle a customer, instead of yelling at them to hurry up and order.

Bought 2 medium caramel lattes and the cups were only filled less than 3/4 of the way to the top! So got smalls for price of medium!

As someone who goes to Dunkin’ to get the same exact order every single morning, I have to say the consistency hasn’t been too great. My coffee seems to taste completely different everyday.
