Great service and overall care. I have not taken my F150 anywhere else for many years. The manager is always courteous, and explains everything so I can understand what is going on. Also the prices are great and competitive - I know because I shop around and the prices are very fair. Great store with great customer service.

When I got there I was asked was I going to wait or come back . I told them I'll be waiting and I was told it'll be a hour or hours and a half wait . I waited and my car was done in 25 minutes. I'm glad I didn't catch a cab home because that would of been a waste of money. I suggest that manger be alittle more honest with the customers

My husband normally comes to drop off the car and he has never had a bad experience. Everything has always been amazing here till now. I went in to drop off the car for the first time, I let the guy (I believe his name is Rob) at front desk that I had an appointment. He went ahead and let me know that I did not have an appointment where I let him know that my husband had called to make sure of the time. He asked me why I was bringing in the car and I told him it was for an alignment. He then told me that why was I bringing in the car when we had just got an alignment done. I told him that we were taken the car for a long trip, and that it was drifting to the left. We have the lifetime alignment and for my job I do tend to drive far sometimes. He let me know that they only do alignments every 6 months which when my husband has brought it in there has never been an issue. I had also told my husband what had happen and he came in. He told the guy that we had never had an issue before about aligning the car. My husband also told him so what happens if because I can't get the car align and my tires end up getting used from one side what happens. He went ahead and told my husband that the alignment has nothing to do with tires. At that point my husband just let it go and walked away. We went ahead and looked up the alignment information for firestone where it states you can get an alignment every 6 months or every 6,000 miles. We knew that we had put more than 6,000 miles since the last time we were in. I notice that when they took my car in he disappeared and my car came right out. I was probably there for no more than 30 min and that over estimating it. He told me that everything was good and that the right side had issues they couldn't fix unless I wanted a deeper inspection. He said that something might be wrong or bent on my suspension. They didn't end up doing anything but just checking the left side. Honestly, I told my husband I would never go back that if he still wanted to take the car there he can do so. He has never had a problem bringing the car in.

I first went to the Firestone over on Absecon because it's closer to where I live and it's new and had a very negative experience with the gentleman at the front desk who was extremely rude. But long story short, I came to the Tilton Road Firestone and they were more than nice. Very friendly and helpful explaining to me what needed to be done on my car and gave me options. I was able to get things that needed to be fixed taken care of and they were very nice. So from now on this is the only one I will go to.

They checked my car completely. After knowing I had an issue they did the necessary repairs and didn't try to over sell me, they also worked with me to use discounts Firestone offers..
