I went in to the store to get new checks. They came in the mail today and my name was written wrong on the checks ( and I paid for the checks). Trying to straighten out their mistake and no one answers the phone.

Always a great experience with Kitty Mohr as soon as i walked in she greeted me and said she will be able to help you out shortly I came in last min before closing for a long process of a wire transfer and she was so sweet and helpful!

So I came here as a potential customer and planned to open an account as my current credit union was unable to process a transfer I needed. I intended to keep an account opened and possibly use TD as my main bank for checking. To start off, the older lady (teller) up front was extremely ignorant and unhelpful. She sent me to a customer service representative who was equally as discourteous and he not only questioned my intentions of opening an account (after she went out and whispered in his ear) but he also told me I'll be charged a fee for the transfer (which was fine) and any funds deposited will not be available to use for 24 hours. The issue was how it was said, not the contents of the message. Why am I getting interrogated at a bank I plan to do business with? No idea. Against my better judgement, I was fed up and just said whatever let's just make an account. The associate (younger guy, bearded) asked for my ID and SS card. I didn't have my SS card onhand and he said the number itself wouldn't suffice. With a blatant, condescending tone he responded "yeah we need that card, can't do anything for you without it." Unknowing to me until later, I was able to create an account in 5 minutes online, so clearly, these employees were just giving me a hard time for no reason. Those two are certainly not in the right industry as they lack more than just basic social skills and etiquette. I have no plans of returning back to that location anytime soon.

Why does the Northfield NJ branch list a phone number here on their Google Business page. When you call, no one picks up. Instead you get the number for Corporate. And no one picks up there either. NOT "American's Most Convenient Bank". The same issue for most other TD Bank branches I've tried to reach on multiple occasions.

I have had the pleasure on two separate occasions to open accounts for two of my sons with Ms. Sweeney. Both times she took the time to both explain and walk through the process with my sons. I highly recommend her and will continue to drive 45 minutes out of my way to so busy with Ms. Sweeney

Teller Justin has demonstrated to be an excellent asset for this bank. We originally sat down and waited to speak to a bank representative. One of the sit down bank representative's advised us to wait around 20 minutes for a meeting. After 45 minute wait and listening to the sit down representatives talk about their personal life or about Amazon, we decided to approach Teller Justin. She was very quick to help us resolve our concern. Great job Justin.

False advertising NOT MOST CONVENIENT BANK,i really dislike this bank all the fees 10 dollars to cash a check I bank with Republic Bank and its like night and day no fees and way more convenient

Had to deposit for someone today and I went through the drive thru felt like I was a bother instead of a customer. You could see her attitude and then her employees laughing because I was a bother and had questions, but I went in side and they wERE much nicer. Lucky for me I don't bank with snobs. 10:40am was the time I went thru the drive thru, then said if they seemed bothered I'll go inside. Bank somewhere else. This is why I left them 5 years ago.

Justin at TD Bank in Northfield tops the list for excellent customer service. He is friendly, polite, and informative. As an older adult and not exactly savvy with todays banking, I was so pleased that he took the time to show me how to do things without embarrassment. He is a definite 5 star employee

I have been using TD Bank for 20 years and the drive thru has always been terrible. Every time I go through, I wait for at least 10 minutes, usually longer. I was there the other day, second in line, and waited over 15 minutes. What took so long? Who ever knows. It is always like that. I don't have time to sit in line. I will be leaving TD Bank and switching to our small town home bank.

The service here is the worst I've ever experienced! Yesterday while here, I was told to return today to complete what I needed and go through the drive thru. So, I waited for a half hour in the drive thru just to be told to go inside and someone would let me in. I was then put on line again and I'm still waiting with other people ahead of me who checked inI asked if my time waiting in the drive thru counted and I was told no, even after I explained that I was told to go through the drive thru. So, through no fault of my own, I'm still waiting. It's been 2 hours.
