This is the second time in the past year they’ve exceeded my expectations. When our battery died after a year and a half, they reminded us of the warranty we’d forgotten, covering it at no cost. Today I dropped my car off for an alignment, and instead of charging for unnecessary work, they found it wasn’t needed and fixed a smaller issue instead—saving me hundreds. Their honesty and integrity are why we keep coming back.”
“We had a unique situation when we took our daughter’s car to Marmora Auto. She had been in an accident with extensive damage (no one was hurt). A week or so after the repairs were completed, she had an issue when driving to the shore. She went home on a Sunday in our car and I called Marmora Auto to see if they could fit me in on Monday because we had to be back home on Tuesday. Lou was very accommodating and gave me an appointment. His team completed the diagnosis and Lou called with the result. The repair would have been quite expensive and I wanted to check with the mechanic who fixed the car from the accident to see what we should do. Turned out the failed part had been replaced as part of the accident repairs. Lou then spoke with our mechanic at home, they discussed the issue and our mechanic was able to order the part. Lou’s team made an adjustment so we could drive home, 90 miles. And we were able to have the car fixed at home under warranty. We are so thankful to Lou and his team for giving us an honest estimate and especially for working with our mechanic at home to get to an acceptable solution for all of us. Also, the property is well maintained and well organized.”

“I've been going there for years the service folks are usually pretty friendly if you do wait they do try to expedite getting in and out always better to make an appointment and do a drop off disappointed that they don't have Saturday or weekend hours anymore”

He was open, had a tire in stock, took us right in to replace the tire and pointed out a crack in the rim that caused the flat. “I had this Mechanic for over 30 yrs...Rafa has never failed me, and my Jeep as never failed me, because of this Mechanic...I went to Work, every day, and Aviation School at the same time for two and a half years (no summer vacation, no Christmas vacation) traveling 1 hour and 40 Mins each way ever day, Rafa kept my 27 year old jeep on the road, never missed a day of School, if l did, l would have to write 96 questions and find 96 answers to continue School, if l was late, 1 hour, 8 questions, 8 answers. l had to not only get to School, l could not be late...Through 6 degree winter weather, sleet, floodings, never fail to start and keep going Rafa kept that jeep on the road during that time, and for over 20 yrs prior. Great Mentainance work, for a very good price ..Then like all the SUVs l had bought from him, l finally bought a Ford Explorer from him, and it runs beautifully, no issues..Can l keep this Explorer on the road for the next 20 years, with this Mechanic ( Rafa), has already proven l can.Services: Transmission”
“A couple times over the years when I've had an issue with my car (alternator, radiator) I would call around to get estimates and they were always the cheapest. I don't bother anymore bc they have excellent service and do great work in a timely fashion. Today my car was making a terrible noise when I turned the wheel. They just called me and said it was just the metal thing by the wheel was bent and they fixed it...30 bucks! My car is a 2005 Xl7 and I was bracing myself for an expensive repair. I've heard horror stories of dishonest or perhaps incompetent mechanics that overcharge and don't fix the car properly. These guys are honest and awesome. Highly recommend.Service: Auto maintenance”

“Gotten all 4 of my vehicles new tires installed, along with new batteries. Staff is friendly, just make sure you set up an appt if not they don’t take walk ins, only on Saturday first come first serve basis. I also go every 5k miles to get all my of vehicles tires balanced and rotated for free, which is a great perk of having a Sam’s club membership since other shops usually charge for this service. Would recommend to go super busy when they open and shop around while you wait for your vehicle to be done. They call you when it is ready. ?”
