Craig was amazing today! He was so patient and understanding. I brought my in-laws in and he fixed up their phones and made it a fun, pleasurable experience. Thanks Craig. Thanks to Greg for the extra chair—-so thoughtful.

I was fortunate enough to have my iPhone concerns addressed and resolved at the egg harbor township Verizon store. HM was the Verizon associate.. he was knowledgable and extremely patient. I was not there once but twice. I never felt rushed, and all my questions and upgrades were answered with expertise and confidence. Not only that he reviewed my entire plan and saved me money. No question that I asked was not answered. His manager Richard was extremely pleasant.
I am in medicine and with the society that is rushed and hurried. I never felt that way in the store by any of the associates. Just observing and watch them take care of their customers was wonderful
I feel very grateful that this store is local and can serve our community. I will be visiting them frequently and I know without hesitation that is a store that our community should be proud of. Thank you again.
And if you look closely at the reviews, it seems like each one of them is addressed personally. It’s not just one generic response.
Update, I recently went back to Verizon and Egg Harbor Township. I was greeted by Shelton one of the associates and also Rich the manager. Once again the store helped me tremendously. Within 10 minutes they solved my issue. I recommend Verizon store in Egg Harbor Township on Tilton Road to anyone that really needs help. Friendly staff, Nothing seems to be an issue with them and they Are extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this store location to anyone and everyone. Thank you again for helping me!

Manager had the worst customer service skills I’ve encountered in retail. I’ve been a customer for almost 25 years and had many discussions w Verizon employees -sad that we have such rude people in leadership roles. I’ll never step foot in there again.

I came into the EHT store both yesterday and today for IPhone software update problems. Lisa, Shelton, and Brianna were extremely helpful and kind. They worked very hard to get this problem fixed. It is nice coming into a store where it is obvious that customer service is prioritized. I definitely will be coming back to this location for all of my Verizon needs!
