I sent my mom here to get the new Pixel 8 and a galaxy watch 6. Employee name Reggie lied to her about the phone not being compatible with the watch. After I looked it up on Samsungs website (took me 20 seconds) I insisted he give her the new Pixel 8 I sent her to buy. After I got off the phone, Reggie conned her into getting a Galaxy s23 anyway by lying about resell value and build quality with no proof to back it up. My mom came home with the wrong phone. I guess Samsung was giving out sales bonuses this month. Don’t trust this store to be honest with you about the products, they push you into whatever gets them the better commission/bonus with lies. I almost forgot, they sent my mom & dad home with a watch & 2 phones and none of them were activated lol. Staff had better things to do so I’m here getting their backup transferred and phones activated myself. Thanks for being liars and lazy guys

Not so helpful. MY PHONE DONT RING WHEN GETTING A CALLALSO VOLUME GET LOUDER FOR NO REASON.THE MAN THAT WAITED ON ME COULDN'T FIX MY ISSUE.TOLD ME TO GO ON LINE....DIDNT T LIKE THAT .HE TOOK MY 175.00 PURCHASE FOR EAR BUDS..WAS HAPPY ABOUT THAT ...NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THOSE WHO ARENT SO TEXT SAVY...JUST SAYING ??

Abir saved the day! I will only visit corporate Verizon stores from now on. After multiple chats, and a visit to another location, with no resolution Abir was able to successfully resolve my problem. This location has a large supply of everything you will need including phones and accessories. Abir deserved a medal because he was so patient with my many questions. I felt like a valued customer. Will definitely be back!

Did not have what I ordered when the said they would. On top of that the sales reps were very rude . I suggest you go to a different Verizon store.

There is a good place to shop but I not all online items are in stock. Pushy sales people but kind. Call ahead for what you want.
