Needs ZERO stars. They outright lie, on the CLEAR grammer of their NOT fantastic $9.00 next next purchase DAY shopping coupon. They now insist that the coupon is totally different. Not, your TRUE NEXT shopping trip.Oh no.So you must spend $40.00 one trip, to now recieve a future $9.00 coupon. Padding a past practice. I have spent HUNDREDS $$ weekly for many months. Well, looks like*algreens is permantly off my budget. AND Josh/Jake, NOT a store manager, as I requested.< Whomever, hung up on me.You lost a very local resident. Bad news travels fast...No wonder Rite Aid, went down. ?

The employees in this store are fantastic. Always friendly and Helpful.This review is for the pharmacy. It's just a mess - Closing early, closed for lunch, closed weekends… now just closed all together? My husband’s oral surgeon sent meds here for him a week before his surgery and we had no idea they were temporarily closed (on a Thursday?) no call, text email nothing. We Had no idea until we tried to pickup after his surgery. somehow the meds were transferred to CVS in Somers point-two towns away. There are two closer pharmacies? It was a giant disaster transferring meds back and forth between two CVS stores and now 12 hours later my husband still doesn’t have any of his medications.Thought I would.give it another try because i dislike cvs. Went at.6:05 to pickup meds for a sick child and the pharmacy is already closed. That was my last attempt, finding a new pharmacy

Stole my online order, took my $ and never offered any solutions. The manager would not talk to me either. They were very accusatory at me. The employees are thieves.

WORSSTTTTTT walgreens ever. was rude to my friend multiple times when trying to pick up her prescription, the wait times are horrendous and the staff is mad ignorant. id rather eat a pair of khakis then come here again.

The pharmacy was incredibly rude to my mother in law, age 93, when she inquired about prescription discount cards. We reported them to corporate office with detailed complaint.

This place is the WORST! I used to go here 3-5 times a week for all kinds of stuff, then they started having trouble keeping the shelves stocked. And this was way before the pandemic (which they tried to blame it on). Now they have TONS of stuff that hasn't been stocked in way over two months or more and they say it's because they're having shipment problems and problems hiring enough people to work, but I've been going there enough times over the years to know that they have the same amount people they've always had, if not more. And as far as the shipments and delivers go, no other pharmacy or store has any problem stocking these items. The manager has a real serious attitude problem too and is rude to almost everyone. Every time I go there they're out of 50% of what I went there for. You might as well just go to CVS and spare yourself the trouble

in the past i’ve had good experiences at this walgreens but today really frustrated me & makes me want to avoid going here again. the guy who works here who i assume is the manager lied to me about having squishmallows & then was rude to me & my friend after we asked nicely & were respectful. i understand they probably get a lot of questions about squishmallows, but its still unnecessary to be rude to paying customers for asking about a product your store sells. if you can’t handle people wanting a popular product maybe work at a store that doesn’t sell them instead of denying customers of it & having an attitude

finally was able to book a covid test here with a week waiting time, got a confirmation email, showed up to my appointment and they said the testing closed. never emailed or called me to tell me not to come, did not help me get a new appointment at another location, they genuinely could not have cared less or been less helpful. the whole week I was waiting for this appointment I could have tried to go somewhere else. had to pay $150 for a rapid test elsewhere for results by thanksgiving. miserable humans work here.

COVID is a serious problem and when I came up with a positive test result my first concern was for my family. We set up two appointments one for my wife one for my son. The Saturday appointment for my wife was canceled Friday night. The Sunday appointment for my son was canceled Sunday morning. Walgreen get your s*** together, this is some serious dangerous stuff we're dealing with. After waiting three days for the test we're now waiting six days. You are Messing with peoples lives. There is no excuse to schedule test just to cancel them the day of. It's easy if you don't have a test don't schedule the appointments.

I have to say I’ve been to many different pharmacies but this particular Walgreens is awesome! The pharmacist Bobby always takes time out to explain to me my medications and to make sure I’m safe you can’t ask for anything better than that especially when it concerns your health and your well-being this Walgreens and the pharmacist Bobby sets the bar very high for customer service and I appreciate it!!
