  why does it take 1 mos to get 1 toner that i paid for last month,sam and max why ? so many excuses !

  If I could rate it a 0, I would. I purchased an item, and they sent me something completely opposite. I asked for a refund, but they refused and offered an exchange for the correct part. It's been over 30 days. No response, sent to VMs, NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Its been a month and I haven't received the items I ordered. They refused to give me a refund even though they are late on giving me my order.
