Joe Reyna was amazing. I walked into the store frustrated and requesting cancellation of all my lines but he calmly explained things to me and helped activate the rest of my lines, adjust my data plans, and initiate trade-in for my older devices. He even stayed after hours(beyond 8 pm on Friday to make sure all my requests are fulfilled).

The people who work at this store have so much patience! They talked me through all of my options and got me a great deal on upgrades. Joe the store manager and Tyler are so helpful! This AT&T store is a local gem and they ALWAYS help!!!

Victor was extremely helpful as I transitioned from an Apple SE to a more up-to-date phone model. He explained everything thoroughly, and even followed up with me via text the next day to ensure that my new phone was in working order.

Employees there are slow and clueless. I went in there to activate a new phone to add to my plan and they reassigned my main number to new phone. Took 5 hours to sort things out and at the end nothing was accomplished.
