Employees there are slow and clueless. I went in there to activate a new phone to add to my plan and they reassigned my main number to new phone. Took 5 hours to sort things out and at the end nothing was accomplished.

This was the worst cellular phone store experience I have ever had. So bad I changed over to Verizon. My relatively new iPhone was not working so the sales person told me they could upgrade it. I traded in a second iPhone to offset te cost and the manager told me my monthly bill would stay the same. The new phone arrived 2 weeks later than promised and then my bill increased by more than $200/month. I went back to the store and was told the salesperson & the manager were no longer there and they had no record of my trade-in. My next bill showed up $250 higher. I called AT&T and was told to go back to the store. After 6 trips to the store and over 4 hours on the phone with AT&T, the bill was still not resolved and no one knew what happened to the phone I traded in. Finally, completely frustrated, I paid off the new phone completely and changed to Verizon. I was then told the phone was "locked" by AT&T, who refused to unlock it until I waited three more days, just as a parting shot. If you're looking for a nightmare, go to this store and sign with AT&T.

Added warranty to plan without consent.Added ATT Next Up without consent.Claims a "new phone" must have warranty purchased.Had to call ATT myself to get that removed.Beware they will add unauthorized monthly charges

This store is awful. Dirty floors, broken displays/phones, and employee food/drinks all over the store. The employees are incredibly lazy, rude, and would rather you just left so they wouldn't have to do their job. Having just had an excellent experience at the Hackensack store a few days prior, this store was a night and day difference. I have never had a problem at any others stores from the city to New Jersey. Usually every employees are super helpful and generally nice. If you need an AT&T store, make the trip to Hackensack store.

AT&T store Northvale NJ. Horrendous return policy. After 2 weeks went to return ear buds with my receipt...too late cannot return I was told. Woman today was adamant so I asked for a credit..NO to that request also. OUTRAGEOUS POLICY. STAY AWAY.

I signed up for AT & T choice package and was told by the rep that the first box was free but it was not so….I got charged $130….and I was told 2 extra boxes would be fedexed to me but was not true…was not even shipped yet…they have no tracking and I will not get it until Monday

Worst experience ever. Sad that we spend our hard earned money on a service and the people at the store don’t care at all. My husband went in tonight to buy a new phone and the guy that worked there (I will find his name) turned off another line and then switched the numbers to different SIM cards. Now we are spending hours trying to fix it. All that could have been avoided if he just cared just a little bit.

I know I got wheat I cam here for. And even made my phone work faster. They are slow but efficient. So be patient and wait for your turn, you will be helped. 4 stars for the longer than usual wait time.

By far the most AMAZING experience at ANY & ALL AT&T Stores I've had to date! Something that I had been told by NUMEROUS customer service representatives online & over the phone for weeks would need to be done, which at any other location would've taken countless hours to do, was taken care of by probably one of the most AMAZING & BEST customer service in store representatives named Edwin Guzman in less than 15 minutes! I has been putting off having this done because of the amount of time I was told it'd most likely take to do something like this by every in store, online & phone representative. I give this store & representative, Edwin Guzman, an A+++++++++++++++++++++++ RATING! I'D BY FAR RECOMMEND THIS STORE & IF POSSIBLE THIS IN STORE REPRESENTATIVE TO ANY & EVERYONE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST, A+++++++++++ EXPERIENCE!! What made it an even better experience was unlike EVERY OTHER AT&T STORE & IN STORE REPRESENTATIVE, Edwin didn't try to upsell any other products or services to us while we there for any reason what so ever! As a matter of fact he helped both myself & my parents by recommending some money saving things for each of our wireless services, but never once tried to upsell anything to us we had no interest in. By far this will ALWAYS be my go to store from now on!!

I have to say that the people at this store are really great. I would never think that I would leave a review for a cell phone store (let alone a positive one), but they left such a great impression that I thought that I should. Everyone there was knowledgable and really helpful.
