"I had a mixed experience with my stylist. Although the stylist's skill was satisfactory, I was disappointed by the rushed service. While applying hair color, another customer arrived, prompting my stylist to hurry through my session. To make matters worse, she wasn't even finished with the previous customer and had the person who did my shampoo apply the glaze. I expected a professional service, and it felt unfair that I didn't receive the attention I deserved, especially considering the full price I had to pay. Birch Beauty is a great salon with a very friendly atmosphere. I love coming here because my hair always comes out beautiful and always exceeds my expectations. Christian is the most amazing hairstylist that you’ll ever meet. Such a kind hearted person who loves what he does. After getting my hair done by Christian I always feel like a new and improved person. I’ve always struggled in finding the right hairstylist that works for me until I met Christian. If anyone is like me who can’t find the right hairstylist then you need to visit Birch Beauty asap! Thank you Christian for always making my experience outstanding each time.?

Finally don’t have to drive to the city anymore after moving to NJ 3 years ago! This place is legit, takes their time, and treats you like VIP. Loved my cut and dry with Christian. Will definitely keep coming back.

My sister has been coming here for years and recommended birch to me for my wedding. I did a hair trial with Laura and was so happy with how it came out. Besides using them for my upcoming wedding, I come here for blowouts and Curls/waves for events. I am always so happy with the outcome and get so many compliments when I am at events. Birch Beauty Bar and Hair Studio exceeds my expectations every time!! John is absolutely artful in everything he does. He is taking hair to another level! He always really listens, and cares about what I want. The results are always gorgeous - and he's just so fun to be with! I think the reason he does such a great job, is not only how skilled and knowledgeable he is, but also that he really has a passion for doing beautiful hair. A magical experience all around! What a dream team!!!!!! My wedding was 3 days ago and I will never be able to express my gratitude towards the bridal hairstyling and bridal makeup services I received from this incredible salon! Booking was so stress free, Lucine was amazing helping me secure the date and all the bridal beauty services I needed. Nicole did an outstanding job with makeup for me, my mom and bridesmaids. The girls loved her!! April blew us away her awesome hairstyling! We all looked stunning and the compliments have been nonstop! The prices were fair, the services EXCEPTIONAL! I am so happy I came across this gem. LOVE Birch Beauty Bar. Angela does my color and extensions, but almost every other stylist has done a blow out in me. They are all amazing amazing amazing! I have never had a single blow out, cut, color , or make-up application that I wasn’t happy with. I even started taking to 2 and 4 year old to get their haircuts done here by Laura. The atmosphere is great, you will always laugh and everyone makes you feel so comfortable. The salon is spotless. I can’t say enough about Birch ❤️Services: Hairstyling

I spent $295 on a bayalage/highlight and haircut in December and it wasn’t as light as I asked. She didn’t say it would not turn out as light as I wanted and I reached out within a week asking for it to be lighter (which she didn’t do because my hair would not lift as easy as she thought). I’m disappointed I couldn’t get some of my money back because I did not get what I wanted at all.Services: Gloss or Glaze

paid good money for keratin treatment and was told it would reduce curliness and make hair more straight. l followed all directions and did not wash hair for three days and did not put it up (and still am using the anti-frizz products), but my hair was pretty much the same as before although I will say the only thing is that my baby hairs are tamed. I went to another salon for a haircut a month later and the stylist told me the keratin treatment should have been more straight with my hair type and probably was not done properly. however, the color in my hair did look good but am disappointed with the keratin treatment (around $500 spent!)Service: Highlights

Emily absolutely killed it! She made my hair beautifully blonde. My hair prior to coming in was jet black root with some brown in the middle and some blonde at the bottom. Her along with Rose made my hair stunning!
