The care team is professional, courteous and helpful! This includes the pharmacy, the front register and the girl who walks the floor. She always helps me find things!

No one ever picks the phone up in the pharmacy and voicemails are not returned. Staff that administer vaccines are unskilled and don’t use correct technique.

I watched the cashier scold an autistic 12 year old boy and his mother for “yelling” while the mother was trying to get through self checkout. I got involved and told the cashier to have more compassion because he clearly had autism and the mother was embarrassed. I hope she learns from that experience.

Forget ever reaching them on the phone. I called twice and held 10 minutes each time. And I am a physician. When I pick up my own prescriptions there, the service is slow and multiple people are being waited on at the same time. There are other pharmacies where the service is better.

Very satisfied shopping at CVS and their pharmacy as well. Doing so for over 28 years.
Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.
I have no complaints whatsoever.

Always find CVS in Northvale to have the best, most helpful staff throughout the store. And front checkout. A pleasure to shop there.

I started going to this location to use the drive thru which has now been closed for a while, the lines are so long, I try calling to approve a refill that is not covered by insurance over 40 min on hold it would be faster to drive there, last time I went there 3 diff times to get a medicated face wash for my child - they didnt fill it after a week of the Dr ordering it, I went there they are closed for lunch now from 130 to 2, then I came back the girl told me they would fill it by 6pm, came back again and not filled - then I saw the actual pharmacist and he rush ordered it - this place is SO frustrating - on hold again now

After waiting on hold for 43 minutes I hung up. The drive-try line is never open anymore. I don’t know what’s going on but I think it’s time I switch to a different pharmacy. It’s always a hassle to get something filled!
