I started going to this location to use the drive thru which has now been closed for a while, the lines are so long, I try calling to approve a refill that is not covered by insurance over 40 min on hold it would be faster to drive there, last time I went there 3 diff times to get a medicated face wash for my child - they didnt fill it after a week of the Dr ordering it, I went there they are closed for lunch now from 130 to 2, then I came back the girl told me they would fill it by 6pm, came back again and not filled - then I saw the actual pharmacist and he rush ordered it - this place is SO frustrating - on hold again now

After waiting on hold for 43 minutes I hung up. The drive-try line is never open anymore. I don’t know what’s going on but I think it’s time I switch to a different pharmacy. It’s always a hassle to get something filled!

Suffering with a chronic sinus infection I was debating which urgent care facility I wanted to go to earlier today.Having googled urgent care locations near me, I came across the minute clinic in the CVS not far from my house.I pre registered on the iPhone and chose a time for the appointment. Turning up twenty-minutes before, i completed the in-store arrival and was seen by the doctor immediately. Following my consultation I walked from his office to the pharmacy and noticed they were closing in ten-minutes.The lady pharmacist was so nice, polite, beaming smile and went out of her way to help fill my prescriptions. Most would have told me to come back in the morning as they were about to close.I have visited multiple CVS locations over the years, never have I experienced the level of service I received here today. Both Doctor and pharmacist truly care and demonstrated that patient-first……I am now going to make this location my-go-to from here on. The minute clinic takes all the normal aggravation away……..no more waiting in line or dealing with people who really don’t care about you and your health.

I just spent 52 minutes on hold waiting to speak to the pharmacy. An employee came on after 30 minutes to tell me to hold on. How long am I supposed to hold on? I finally got so annoyed that I hung up. What a joke! The drive thru hasn't been open in weeks. The line inside takes forever! They have 1 person behind the register when there's many people waiting on line. Getting prescriptions refilled there is very frustrating! I think it's time to change pharmacies.

The pharmacy staff is very hard working, maybe if corporate paid technicians and pharmacists a living wage they wouldn't be so understaffed and overworked. It's a shame this multi million dollar company can't afford to pay their employees a livable wage and try to make up for it with forced "lunch breaks" that they work through anyway. I love my pharmacy staff, I hate how awful this company treats their employees.

I believe the manger at the CVS in Northvale NJ needs to be reviewed by her management. She harassed (3)-15 year-old girls for doing nothing but giggling and using their PUBLIC restroom while they were shopping. The “manager” was rude, demeaning and definitely not what a CVS exec would want to see. I am a long time CVS customer and my daughter was shopping and has digestive issues and this so-called Manager felt that she has harass these young girls because they were giggling and happy. We are not stopping with this review or an CVS survey, we are taking this to the top, to be addressed by executives at CVS and we are seeking customer service from CVS.

Almost every time in the last six months I have had an issue filling a prescription for myself or someone in my family. Poor communication and bad attitudes. Was literally told today that “it was not her problem” I got there half an hour before they closed and it was not ready (was told yesterday it would be ready today). I understand they are short staffed, but consumers are at the mercy of this corporation who has put small local pharmacies out of business. Listening to every customer ahead of me frustrated and angry. Poor woman in front of me didn’t have her husband’s heart medication. The pharmacist was less than compassionate. Just awful.

The female manager, not the lady at counter, in the Northvale CVS was snippy and unfriendly. She needs to learn some rules about basic customer service and being pleasant. She refused to open the cash register for only one customer and REQUIRED that I use the checkout machine. I do not like checkout machines. They never work for me. I refuse to use them. Furthermore the CVS coupon system is a scam and a rip off. And lastly, CVS prices are exorbitant. I am returning my purchase and will avoid shopping at CVS ever again.

Horrible photo department. This is the fourth time I've ordered same-day photo prints and each time there has been a problem. This time, my order had to be transferred to a different CVS because no-one was able to do my order. Will not be ordering from here again.
