Jack and Mike were extremely hospitable and courteous and the place itself was in magnificent condition and mostly,very,very clean, Jack and Mike were gentlemen with me and very,very helpful with questions and the facilities of the place were always absolutely clean,thank you so much,for having this place so conveniently and accessible to me when I needed it most!!!

I've had storage units in various other locations, but I love the Extra Space in Northvale which is where I ultimately ended up and plan to stay. I've had 3 units so far and they were all clean and easily accessible. The access times are great! They are also transparent with pricing. To add, Mike and Jack from the front office are fantastic to work with! Mike is super knowledgeable and helpful with all of my space needs. Jack is also great to work with. Highly recommend!

A review for my fellow introverts out there. I was able to reserve, rent, and move in to my unit without ever having to interact with another person. I did everything online, the details of my unit including the gate code were texted right to my phone, and the unit was clean, ready and waiting for me immediately, the lock sitting inside. Once i finished renting it online, I showed up went to my unit and started storing. It could not have been easier, and the price was about 30% cheaper than some of the other storage places I've been to.
The location is designed intelligently making loading and unloading very easy (I also have a unit not on the ground floor and have had no issues using the elevator to get to it). The area is well lit, and extremely private (loading zone is at the back of the building so save for your fellow renters you have complete privacy).
Overall, this place offered everything I was hoping for in a storage place, and the price is good.

Moving sucks. Extraspace storage was an oasis of cleanliness and calm during the process. I actually *enjoyed* visiting our storage space. When you pull in behind the oversized gate, and around the corner, there's this feeling almost of it being a private members only club. Sure, it's sort of a boring club, but it's safe, clean, and easy to do what you need to do. There are always dollys available. The dollys work well. The facility is spotless. The bathroom is clean and nice. The elevators smell good. And you rarely see other people there. Oh, and the music playing softly over the speakers is pleasant. Extraspace storage may have been the best part of our move and renovation.

This is easily the best storage unit in the tristate area. Access is both secure and simple, and the facility is clean, dry, and well-lit. The manager is super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. 5 star business.
