Will not be using them again for my business needs. They don’t process returns, just steal your money, and customer service is non-existent or chooses not to respond. Buy your envelopes and paper somewhere else, especially if you need to buy in bulk.

I went to this location because it shows a nice showroom. The showroom does not exist, in fact, they will not even let you in. This place is just as bad if not worse as a lot of other people say.

Could not be more disappointed in this company. Sent wrong product, major hassle to return that product, and then sent the same wrong product again. Would not respond to emails and I ended up paying for something I never received. Never again.
