I needed an arrangement for my friends birthday. I had no idea what I wanted but let me say I got the most beautiful sunflowers. It was a heck of a deal and let me say it was bigger than I thought and not pricey. The lady is super friendly. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this florist. It was nice to speak to an actual person from a neighborhood florist., something you don’t find anymore. They made a beautiful arrangement for my sisters birthday. The vase was full and colorful. And it lasted over a week. ! I will be calling this florist for all my future needs.

Amazing flowers and customer service! Avelina helped us order an arrangement for my mom’s birthday. When it arrived it was beautifully made. The arrangement lasted the entire week and brightened up our whole house! Highly recommend!

I bought my corsage for prom from this flower shop and it was absolutely beautiful. The colors were vibrant and stunning; it was perfect with my dress. They were very helpful and respectful (especially the person who helped me, her name was Brett) and overall amazing experience. If you ever want to buy flowers, buy from here. Highly recommend.

We have been ordering flowers from here for years. The attached photos to this review are examples of some of the flowers we have gotten in the past. Pros: their flowers are huge and fresh. My most recent order for Mother's Day this year actually lived for a very long time. My mom still had some flowers that were alive a month later! I saw the owner respond to a review on Google that her flowers are biggest and freshest in the valley. She may not be wrong. Cons: as other reviewers have stated, the owner is quite rude. Also, I think they may have forgotten about my order this year until I called the day of to ask about the status. This review will be about my most recent order and experience. I normally order online, so I don't usually speak with the owner directly. Due to the pandemic, I couldn't order flowers for my mom in 2020. We were being extra cautious, so opted to not have flowers done. This year, I wanted to order flowers for her after making sure she was okay with it. I placed my order a month in advance to make sure it would be taken care of for the Mother's Day rush. Maybe this is where I went wrong? Perhaps this was too far out in advance? I let my mom know that she should be expecting flowers. She called me at 2PM saying that the flowers have not shown up yet. I called the florist to inquire about the status of my order, and I was immediately met with a yell of, "I told you that the flowers will be delivered by 5PM!" Nowhere on their site does it say this. After she finished yelling at me, she asked where the flowers were supposed to go. The address was about 5 minutes away. It sounded like she realized she forgot about my order and claimed that the order was out for delivery right at that moment. She also quickly changed her tone after this realization. In the end, we did receive the flowers around 5PM. My mom did really like them, but she didn't get to take a picture because she's not so great with technology. I understand that Mother's Day is a very busy and stressful time for florists. However, I also don't want to deal with the stress of potentially not having my order fulfilled and being yelled at immediately when trying to ask about the status of my order. If you care about flowers that last a really long time, then this florist does do a good job. I would suggest ordering from them during less busy seasons or not interacting with them directly if you just want to order online. However, their lack of customer service is jarring if you do need to speak with them.

Amazing! I usually dont leave reviews but Eddie was great, I dont even live in the area but i will definitely let my family know. We were just in the area buying my aunt some flowers for mothers day, he made me and my girl feel part of the family. In the future if i’m around i know where to go!

Very displeased. I ordered a $75 arrangement of carnations, and I received two dozen loose flowers wrapped in cellophane—four of which were broken. They weren’t even cleaned or trimmed for placement in a vase. When I called to complain, I was told “what do you want me to do?” If I’d had time to go elsewhere, I’d have refused to accept them. Needless to say, I’ll never patronize this florist again.

I just called and the woman that picked up was very rude. I wanted just a small bouquet of flowers to cheer up a friend. Before I could tell her what I wanted she said. "$50 and $5 delivery". I didn't want delivery I was just going to pick it up. I'm amazed at how these businesses survive with such an attitude. She needs some instructions on manners. Never ordering anything from there.
