The Kittle House, in Chappaqua NY, was transformed with his table creations! The bride and wedding party bouquets were whimsical and soft, with seasonal blooms like hydrangeas and Lillys! Stunning! “I was so happy to learn that this place had opened once again. I stopped by today and bought some plants and a little rabbit from my garden and the prices were also very reasonable under new ownership. For many years this was my go-to place for plants and cute little gifts from n their gift shop. Then late last summer and fall it looked like the place was abandoned and there were property for sale signs on the fences and it was all closed up. I thought that was it for this place. But thankfully, it seems to be re-opened again and charming as always. So, I send a big thank you to whoever took over this place. I wish you the best of luck! Thanks for bringing a special old spot back to life for us!”

“Writing a review a few months post purchase because Nature’s Cradle sources incredibly healthy plants. These are Nantucket Blue hydrangeas they ordered from one of their farms for me. I bought 4 plants from them and they were a picture of health. They were also grown well in the greenhouse because these plants have a ton of buds, suggesting their overall health. Truly amazing quality and can’t wait to buy again.”

“Such an amazing place! I stopped by one day after picking up my wedding dress a few stores down and wanted to get a plant to commemorate our wedding weekend. I had orchids previously from grocery stores but was never able to keep them alive to rebloom. Deena recommended the cutest trio of mini fragrant phalaenopsis - I didn't even know they could be fragrant! She spent time explaining the proper care and we're going on 3 years later and they've rebloomed multiple times since. Over the years, I've become an orchid enthusiast and have returned several times to add to my personal collection and get gifts for friends & family. The plants are always so healthy and great quality, and Deena is so helpful explaining the care for each and offering advice.”

The selection of trees was excellent and they all looked good--naturally balanced rather than looking like the work of a hedge trimmer to get them into shape like many of the ones we've had before from big box stores.”

“Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service.On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”

“Frequent customer since 2022. Strengths are the impressive plant collection - shade-loving and sun-tolerant, shrubs, trees and annuals. Best access from the northbound sawmill River Parkway with a private entrance just north of the Hawthorne interchange. Slow down when you see the high tension powerlines and put your right blinker on to exit. there are no road signs. Rosedale maintains a true landscaping department which can undertake planting and garden management projects. The prices can be high and access to the garden centre can be difficult on weekends at the beginning of planting seasons for instance in May.”

“Our landscaper recommended Victoria’s Nursery years ago and have purchased plants from them in the past when they were in Paramus. We were happy to hear that they moved to Closter (closer to home). We purchased our Christmas tree 3 weeks ago ( was a little worried it was too early). 3 very attentive and friendly workers helped me pick out a “perfect” tree. They had a great selection. Like I said it’s been 3 weeks now and the tree is as fresh as the day I brought it home. We will visit again in the spring for other plants.”

“So disappointed! after purchasing most of the finishes for our building here in Lodi, we had issues with both our floor installers who tried to leave with two boxes of our carpet tiles when they were finished and our cabinet installers who never returned to install a cabinet door that was damaged and had to be reshipped....oh, and we found out was shipped without hardware because we ended up AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS to put it in ourselves. And fix another door that was falling off. Lodi store was of no help getting the installers here and they were called several times. Still giving them four stars because Sally in the floor department was excellent.”
