Ruined 2 expensive wool sweaters - Claimed it was not their fault - terrible experience - $800 of high quality sweaters DESTROYED! They tried to "stretch" them back into shape and made it worse. Such a disaster.Don't risk it like I did - I'll never go back.

Ruined 2 expensive wool sweaters - Claimed it was not their fault - terrible experience - $800 of high-quality sweaters DESTROYED! They tried to "stretch" them back into shape and made it worse. I allowed them an opportunity to fix the problem - 3 times I went back but in the end, they were ruined. The entire experience was such a disaster. They were not my regular dry cleaner but they are closer to my house so I "tried them". Don't risk it as I did.

I brought in curtains to be hemmed. They called and said the 96" curtains I wanted hemmed to 88" were all 88" when they measured them. ?? They charged $5 per panel to measure them and they were wrong! All panels were 96". They would not refund my money. I wasted time and money and would not recommend them.

I brought in 2 cotton house dresses to be hemmed for my grandmother & 1 poly blend robe that needed an internal fabric tie added. There were no signs up for pricing of anything, but for alterations or for dry cleaning. The man wrote it up on a blank paper. I asked how much for these things? A hem on a cotton house dress was $28 each & the tie was $25. Total $81 for all 3 items. My grandmother made me go get them back & went to a place in Pearl River & they charged $15 for each hem & $11 for the robe tie. Total $41. That's almost exactly 50% LESS. I do not recommend using this business. They obviously rip people off. So sad they are doing business like this. They're openly ripping people off. Stay away, unless you don't mind paying double.Service: Alterations
