Had to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max bc of the new IOS 17 update which screwed up my phone! Anyways, prepared myself for the pain BUT THABKS TO Sebastian, Manager Jorge and Loron, I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! All 3 were incredibly knowledgeable, Jorge gave me the best deal, Loron downloaded my info to new phone amd Sebastian made sure my phone was working properly before I left! Highly recommend this TMobile location!

Had to buy new iphone for my son. The sales guy were new and extremely slow which I can understand. But he tried to sell device insurance and I said no.Next day I got text message thanking for purchasing the insurance !! He clearly cheated on me and I called him. He said he could take it off any time !!I called Tmobile CS and they apologized and would investigate it.I expect follow up from CS and will keep posted.Don't go to this store.

Had an issue with my hotspot,T-Mobile recommended I get my SIM card replaced and checked my phone saying battery service needed. As soon as I explained I had tech issues he said call tech support. I told him I did they sent me here. He seemed bothered. He asked for my phone , he reset the network connection and handed the phone back said it’s fixed. It wasn’t. I told him they sent me to have my SIM card changed. Another bothered look and he grabbed my phone and said there’s a $10 charge. I told him T-Mobile said it’s a free service. He said we’re a private store we charge $10. And told me I just need a new phone. He wasn’t interested in fixing my issue he just wanted me to purchase a new phone. So I left. Terrible customer service. He’s Not a nice guy at all , he’ll just want you to buy a new phone without attempting to resolve or explain the issue. money hungry ,no good ,go elsewhere

The sales associate here is either lazy or not properly trained. I went in to turn in my trade in phone (recommended as fastest and most secure way by T-mobile). The sales associate lied to me saying he can’t give any records for taking the phone, and I should just mail it in since he might forget to send it. Obviously, I was not going to give him my phone with that kind of response. He was rude and too busy making a personal call. Employee’s name begins with a S.I took my phone to another T-mobile location where the trade-in went smoothly (reviewed phone, gave proper credit, and record for proof).

Had a great experience at T-mobile with Saurabh and the Store Manager. These two men work cohesively and very efficiently. My purchase and uploading my information onto my new device went smoothly and I was out of T-mobile in 55 minutes. However, while I was being cared for, the 2 service representative assisted 2 other customers at the same time. They were knowledgeable, patient, and overall nice.. The Manager( I wish I knew his name) & Saurabh were on their T-mobile Game! Thank you so very much?Fondly,Bertha

After so many negative experiences at three different T-Mobile stores, I discovered Mohit in the north Vale New Jersey store. Mohit was extremely sharp and was the only person who actually know what he was doing. He made the process as smooth as possible, updated my account to a cheaper plan and I could not be happier. He really took the time to help me unlike my past experiences at other Tmobile stores. Mohit is highly recommended!
