I’m really upset with myself for not saying anything when the guy named Jay at the UPS store was rude to me. I asked for help packing my return for my expensive AirPods, but instead of helping, he started mumbling curse words in Korean. I was shocked and didn’t know how to respond, so I just stayed quiet. Looking back, I wish I had called him out because that behavior was completely unacceptable. No one should be treated that way, especially when handling valuable items.

I can honestly say that UPS is the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had multiple packages from Amazon lost or high-end electronics left out in the rain because UPS can’t seem to do their job correctly.
Just this past week, I experienced another frustrating issue. I shipped my gaming computer to the manufacturer, and UPS botched the charges. First, they billed me, then reversed the charge without notifying me. Afterward, when my debit account was at a $0 balance, they attempted to recharge me, putting my account into the negative. I wasn’t informed about the reversal before they finalized the second charge.
When I called customer support, the representative had no idea what was happening. It took me conferencing my bank into the call to get the issue resolved. That’s beyond poor customer service.
Unfortunately, this isn’t my only problem with UPS. I’ve had multiple issues with their poorly designed website. I’ve been locked out of my account numerous times, and no representative has been able to help me. Even UPS reps I’ve spoken to have admitted how bad their tech infrastructure is, yet nothing has been done to fix it.
Their IT problems don’t end there. I’ve also encountered issues with their POS systems and online services. As someone with multiple tech certifications, I’ve never seen such poorly designed technology and infrastructure.
If you value your time and sanity, avoid using UPS. As someone who spends a lot of money shopping online, I can confidently say I won’t be using their services again. They seriously need to revamp their website, IT systems, and overall customer experience.

Stopped by this UPS store to drop off my package. There were reserve parking spots right in front of the store for UPS customers. There was no line. Took the package to register, the associate scanned and gave me receipt on the spot. Was in and out under a minute. The store has ofter features like printing, copying, fax, notary and shipping goods for purchase. Prices are similar to other UPS stores.

I met Max. He was very helpful, intelligent, personable and went the extra yard to help me fill out the correct label. The first customer service person I spoke with all week that actually knew what they were doing! He is now my go-to-guy at UPS. Max deserves a raise!

This UPS store is fantastic. The staff is courteous, and the service is speedy. Returns with a proper scan code are always accepted, and you get a receipt. Don't let the negative reviews mislead you; they must be confusing this location with another.

I'll never use this store again. Imagine being shamed for not packaging returns to this guy's standards?
The older man is incredibly rude and impatient. Other UPS stores take returns easily, unlike this guy. Read the reviews here and you'll see how he makes excuses for himself.

The most unpleasant experience ever in a place of customer service. I had not one but 2 men scream at me from behind the counter because there was a problem with my Amazon return codes. Screaming, nasty and humiliating. Avoid at all costs
And after seeing your ridiculous response, be assured I will never return!
