I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank the US Pharmacy Lab for their kindness and compassion towards me last Monday. After being discharged from the hospital around 8:30PM, I was given paper scripts that needed to be filled immediately. By the time I got back into the area, my regular pharmacy was closed and I was scrambling to find a 24-hour pharmacy. On a whim, I called the US Pharmacy Lab in Northvale, NJ and got in touch with the owner, David Yoon. Although the pharmacy was closed, David told me not to worry and that he would meet me at the store. As promised, about 10 minutes later, he arrived at the store, quickly filled my prescriptions, and completely eased my mind in the process. After having such a positive experience, I will now be making a permanent switch to the US Pharmacy Lab for all of my regular prescription needs. Thank you again!

US Pharmacy lab is an asset to the community. The owner David is kind, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. He and his amazing staff treat patients/customers like human beings. He has numerous times stayed open forme after hours when I’m running late to pick something up. There is no other pharmacy I would trust more with the health of my family.

PROS: This Pharmacy has the nicest staff and are always fully in stock. Parking is fine, location is good, and hours are nice for a local pharmacy. They even have free delivery CONS: Small amount of room inside so if there's a lot of people you'll be cramped in there. Despite the parking space amount being fine the lot itself is small which causes congestionOVERALL: I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a locally owned pharmacy, just come when nobody is here

Awesome business. Never too crowded -- can fulfill refills very quickly. I just text them and it's done usually same day. New scripts are quick too. Started getting my flu shots here because it's a walk in- no appointment needed. Very friendly and pleasant staff. One of the easiest errands to complete.

Wish I could give zero stars. Would not fill a vital rx with doctor approval because they said it was “dangerous”. Long story short apes t a month in the hospital becaus if they’re lack of scientific and medical knowledge. They have also been known to give the cheapest generic drugs with the lowest possible count on the active ingredients. Please stay away!!

Owner and staff go above and beyond with customer service. My special needs daughter takes a lot of medication and the chain pharmacy up the block couldn’t get it straight. After months of continuously correcting the chain pharmacy, I decided to go to US Pharmacy Lab. Im so glad i did. The staff really cares to get it right and take the time to really know their customers needs. They are excellent and I always make sure to send family and friends their way.

Locally owned and operated. Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful!! I have been using US Pharmacy Lab for many years, and have had no disappointment. You don't get the same service and treatment with the franchise pharmacies. Great service!!!

Aside from the fact that everyone there is so nice and attentive, they go out of their way to assist their customers. David has found me discount programs on top of my insurance. He has come in late or on a Sunday to fill needed prescriptions. I don't think you could find a more personalized pharmacy.

I was a CVS customer for years, waiting in long lines only to be treated by what seemed like grumpy associates, every time. I finally heard about US Pharmacy through my doctor, she had heard great things and I 100% agree. The people here are so, so nice - they greet you with a smile and a "hello". They're very fast and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
