As a long-time Verizon customer, I highly recommend purchasing your phones at a corporate store. Instead of in-store purchases at Russell Cellular or any other indirect stores. For every customer that has purchased a phone if they look at the receipt, they are been charged 35$ per device purchased in person. For a setup for success. Now that fee is $40 per device purchased in person. I got 4 lines and I forcefully have to pay $40 × 4 = $160 extra that I have to pay. Basically, we can't even opt out of that fee, even if we don't need help to transfer our data or any of the checklists that are included in the setup for success. They do inform you that they return those $40 after 2 months as a Russell Cellular gift card. So you can only use it to purchase only accessories at Russell Cellular. But to use that gift card you also need to do a $50 purchase then they can use the gift card. Just placing the order on the app "My Verizon" and choosing a pick-up location is way cheaper. Instead of paying for overpriced accessories. You only pay the taxes for the upgrade, new line, etc of the device. It's like Amazon doesn't exist for these stores. Please like this review and share. And spread awareness of saving your money. The easy way of knowing if it's an indirect store is to call the number on the store and if it doesn't call Verizon customer service directly then it's an indirect store. Happy shopping ??

If I could give this branch negative stars, I would. Last week my family and I walked in looking to purchase new phones. The lady at the desk was so unprofessional. No greeting, no hello, no how can I help you. Not to mention the dirtiest looks given as well as the raised voices to my family. We walked out with no phones and very unsatisfied with this treatment. Do better lady!!!!

Today I had a problem that I finally got resolved my car my phone was run over it fell out of my pocket I went the next day to Nanuet New York and they offered no help for me at all today I came to Northvale New Jersey to a man by the name of Carlos who was exceptionally capable knowledgeable and caring he actually took my phone paired it with my watch with my using my daughters older phone and I’m walking out of here so happy because I have my pictures I have everything that I need and he was wonderful and I saw him addressing other people that came in handled everybody’s so professionally I just had to write a review to say how happy I am that I now know that there is Carlos in Northvale Verizon because if I ever have a problem or anybody that I want to send he is a capable very nice man and Verizon is lucky to have him as an employee
