This was infact my second AC purchase and working with Richard B. He listened to my request and put together a detailed estimate with exactly everything I needed. He was extremely detailed to coordinate with me and was super friendly. He knows his products thoroughly, and even did a little research if he needed to confirm. Within a few days I had the equipment and supplies ready for my tech to install. What a superior sales representative!!!
