Prepare to get ghosted by Stephen once you buy your cabinets. I purchased brand new kitchen in 2018 , They aged disgracefully they won’t last, once you contact him for support he will ghost you. Go to a credible company that at least gives you support and stand by their product. This man is a joke he only responds if you’re going to spend money , but for warranty and or replacement parts you will need in the future you’re screwed he will ghost you !! Because of bad small business owners like you is why people get nervous to support other small one man operation businesses , shame on you !

I worked with Kitchen Concepts to replace all of my outdated countertops and sinks. Steve was very thorough during the decision making process and gave advise as needed. The install went smoothly and he was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Where he went above and beyond was about 7 months after install. I had a leaky faucet (manufactures defect/warranty) and he quickly responded and took care of the problem within a few days. He ordered a replacement, installed it and dealt with the warranty return on his end. Great service! Thank you so much Kitchen Concepts.Service: Remodeling

Things seemed good at first, but Steve was away when our kitchen remodel was first getting started resulting in mistakes being made. He helped with designing our kitchen but there were a few aspects he didn't take into such as where receptacles would go that created issues for the contractor. His installer was not very detailed oriented and "finished" the project without filling in nail holes, he left scrapes and scratches on some cabinets and also left mistakes to the molding.When we brought these issues up with Steve, he did help with a couple of them but anything that should have been redone, he flat out refused to correct. He does not stand behind his product and I would not recommend his company or services.

I recently had my old kitchen completely gutted and removed by Kitchen Concepts. They designed and remodeled my new kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing. Steve worked with me every step of the way with every detail to make sure it was the perfect kitchen for my family. Would highly recommend in the future.
