I went to Storage King USA in Norwood to look into renting a storage space. I was met by Michel who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to discuss my options for space and value. He had mentioned that he had extensive customer service experience….. It was very apparent!

Storage King is a clean and well maintained storage facility. The staff who is headed by Michele is exceptional. He’s professional, courteous and very helpful. He explained all you need to know about then space you’re renting, charges, fees and access to the facility. It was a seamless transaction when I decided to rent a space for the first time. The building is well lit and looks and smells very clean. The garage style doors to you storage space is easy to open and close. There are also locks, tape, boxes and plastic covers for some items you can purchase. This location in Norwood Nj is a safe area and that’s why I chose it. The rates are very fair compared to their competitors and you can choose promos of they’re available for the size you need. Make sure you reserve online as the price is discounted as opposed to walk ins. You can later rent and finalize online or in person. I reserved online and Michel called me to confirm. You also have the option to go in person and he can show you the space and finish setting up the rental in person. You can choose either climate controlled or not. The price varies little between these two options.
I highly recommend Storage King for short or long term storage as the prices are hard to beat! Just as important, the facility is well maintained and staff is wonderful!

We recently downsized and were in need of storage for some of our belongings. Following a search of storage facilities in the area, we selected Storage King USA in Norwood, NJ, primarily because of the exceptional customer service provided by the facility manager, Michel. He was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the services offered, including some available discounts, which greatly assisted us in our decision. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received at Storage King USA and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of clean and affordable storage in Bergen County.
