“Ray and Eugene was very professional. They helped me with the correct truck size and where and where I couldn’t drive the truck since it’s a commercial vehicle Ray is very funny he should have been a comedian. He had me laughing at the seems. Eugene was he straight man. Super serious but efficient. He showed me the after hours drop off and where to fill up the truck. They make an awesome team. Truck was clean and had all the charging ports I needed to charge my devices. I will only rent from them. Budget the only truck rental people should rent from. Especially from the fordham location”

“In a time where the world is consumed by entitlement and all many of self, today I was surprised by the very definition of loving your neighbor.
I originally made a reservation for a rental truck from Penske, giving me a location pick-up at Fairmount Car and Truck Rentals. I was assisted by Patrick, a young man who embodies the very definition of customer service.
The original truck size that I requested had not arrived on time from a different location. Patrick worked to give me options for other vehicles that would fit my needs at no additional charge. He is very meticulous in his work, explained the rental process (which ultimately ended up being with Fairmount directly instead of Penske), and worked to overcome the inconvenience I faced, which was not in his hands to begin with.
From pick-up to drop-off, the experience was stress-free and easy to understand, in addition to being time efficient.
I dare say this is a family-owned business with a level of customer service that larger companies should strive for.
If you need a rental vehicle to move from an apartment, home, or business, do see Patrick at Fairmount. Where going to extra mile is part of the overall experience!”
