awful customer service, lady didn’t understand any of my requests after explaining them clearly multiple times and scoffed at me when I told her that her bouquet options wasn’t what I was looking for. a million other florists to choose from, don’t choose this one

This is the best florist shop in town and around the area. John and his team bring to life exactly what I was looking for my baby girls baptism. They are very kind, honest, amazing price for quality you will get… they offered keep the flower refrigerated before the night before the party and even drop the flowers in the restaurant where I was hosting the lunch — when I didn’t ask for this.
They are awesome and super easy to work with. I had experience working with flowers shops because of my wedding in NY in 2022.
(My husband also buys here flowers for our anniversary, Mother’s Day etc and they are totally spectacular)

John the manage does not care about customer satisfaction. He only wants to push out flowers without care where they get delivered to. He needs to start emailing or texting people when and where there flowers are getting delivered!!!!!!

John the owner was extremely rude on the phone when trying to find out delivery time for flowers. He cursed on the phone and was short and quick and did not care if my flowers were delivered. They were delivered to the neighbors next door yet I was never notified in email or text where the flowers were. John handles his business poorly and relies on old traditions that thinks still work present day. He needs to make changes to the business and his “policy.” Not to mention the flowers delivered were smaller than the sizes stated online.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, in person at the store, and picked out what I saw in the display area. It was a nice combination of red roses and white babies breath. Which the white babies breath brought out the rich color of the red in the roses. Unfortunately, when the flowers arrived there were no babies breath which made the arrangement look dull. Nevertheless, my wife still loved them but, then again, it was not fully what I thought I had ordered.

Nice family owned flower shop in Nutley, NJ. John, the owner, has 40 years of experience and does beautiful work. He goes out of his way to make customers happy, especially brides. Flowers are fresh and last a long time. Highly recommend this shop for weddings and funeral work.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The owner is beyond rude and scolded me for calling to book him for my wedding because it was “ too far in advance” I was trying to explain to him that I wanted to ensure my date because I needed set up and he told me I needed to relax and don’t call him until it gets closer. Such a bad attitude and RUDE. I will never give this business a PENNY!!!
