Professional, Courteous, extremely quick to take me and process my tax forms. Glen was a tremendous help and he was able to answer all of my questions. Terrible experience with 'drop-off' returns this year. Was called twice to say returns were done, but they were not even started. Had a terrible time calling local office to speak with someone when all calls went to Call Center.
