They came that day to bring carpet samples and measured the room. Later that afternoon they emailed me the quote. They order the carpet immediately and within days our carpet was installed. “We had the very Excellent installers today 3/14/2024.They came on time ,took out old carpeting in 2 bedrooms installed new carpets, and also removed and installed carpeting on basement stairs.They cleaned up everything and put all furniture back. I would use Franklin Floors again and these installers.Thanks guys.
