Banker didn’t read the necessary certification requirement of my forms carefully, stamped the bank address and now I have to redo the whole process all over again. Extremely unfriendly and didn’t even fill out the portion that she is supposed to fill out.

What’s the point of being a private client? Waited here 15 minutes to speak with someone to not even be acknowledged or greeted by anyone. No idea of how long the wait was. Finally got tired of waiting and asked the teller if they needed to be informed that I am there waiting (even tho I was there in their face and a representative even made eye contact with me 3 times from her desk…… and yet nothing) and she said they will come around to check. Ridiculous customer service. Do better.

Went in and received assistance in opening a joint account - staff was friendly and was able to get everything done without issues

My daughter was moving back to the area to complete her masters program. We were having problems securing funds for a deposit on an apartment with her funds from a credit union in Colorado. Shortly before closing time, we entered your branch, and Barbara set us up with Lori for assistance. They were phenomenal in helping my daughter open up a checking account within minutes. We were able to get a cashier check to hold the apartment in time and came back the next day needing a larger cashiers check for a security deposit. Again, Barbara walked us through different options. Our credit union in Colorado had limits that prevented us from withdrawing the money on short notice. She pointed us in the right direction to get the matter resolved and finally the teller, Lindsey helped us for 20 minutes to obtain 3 different cashiers checks. All of these women showed exemplary customer service. They were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you thank you thank you!

Super unprofessional. I have a business account that needed tending to and wanted to open another business account. I was misinformed by their employees and wasted my time TWICE to then be told noone can help me with my needs because the ONE banker on staff was busy. This ate up so much time that none of the surrounding Chase locations would accommodate me. This is crazy unprofessional especially since the mistake was on their end and was a waste of valuable time. I see how they treat their business accounts

Worse service ever. I waited 15-20 minutes to open a checking account and representative came out and instead of asking who was next, he decided to take the next person walking in.I requested to speak to the manager and Patricia came out and got the worse attitude. Didn’t help or didn’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend that branch at all.

Their card reader to enter vestibule took my card at 8pm on July 31st 2023. I Go the following morning and they said they already shredded it and I needed to get a new card and pay $5 to get a new one quickly. No apologies and they asked for my ID and that wasn't good enough. They wanted my pass code. That wasn't enough either now they asked for my son's account number and security code on back of his card . this is terrible. I don't trust them. They said. Call customer service. I will call the BBB. The number to this bank is generic. Nobody ever picks up. You can't speak to bank manager ever. It goes to main menu. I always have to go personally there. Terrible bank. I'm cancelling my 2 accounts I had for 10yrs and going to Capitol one. I can't believe they stole my card then destroyed it and never notified me and made it impossible to get a new card smoothly and charging me money for it. Don't use this location the location is Bloomfield is 100 times better. Whoever manages this bank should be terminated
