What a great CrossFit gym. I come in as an older adult with a lot of issues. I spoke with the coaches and they tweak my exercises to follow what the rest of the gym is working on. I still get a great workout and encouragement from everyone that’s in that gym. They are the most friendliest people They welcome you from the moment you step in that door. And there is absolutely no intimidation of not knowing what to do because the coaches show you every movement Or they are there to correct your movements. definitely go check them out and join a great community.

CrossFit Nutley is one of the best CrossFit gyms in northern New Jersey!!
The owner Jacqueline is hands down the best gym owner I’ve ever encountered!!
When I was shopping gyms in the area hers is the only one out of 15 that actually got back to me in a timely manner.
She creates a vibe and a community that will welcome you from day 1!!
If you’re looking for a new gym near the Nutley area look no further!!

I usually go to the kenilworth location because it’s closer to home, however I’ve been to the Nutley location once and I enjoyed it sooo much, I loved the location and now they renovated, I look forward to go and check it out !! Also , there is a shopping center very nearby which I think it’s neat!! If you haven’t visited the Nutley location , now is the time !!

One of the best parts of my day, besides waking up. This is my third long term CrossFit Gym, each one with its unique vibe and approach to programming. I know what it's like to have a great experience from my first two gyms. I'm happy to say that my CrossFit experience continues to be great with Golden Phoenix Nutley. The structure of class has been very effective for me: warm-up/skills/strength/ WOD/cool-down with different strength levels based on your abilities. Jacqueline runs her gyms very effectively. All the coaches are very adept and patient. Equally important- the people- some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. It's been fun/humbling/awesome to share some voluntary hardship with this fabulous community. Another added bonus- you get to use the other gyms. I've used the Kenilworth location a few times since it's close to my family home and it's also fantastic.
