The pharmacist said hi to me at the drive-thru. Walked away and I waited 20 minutes. No one came back. I had to drive to lot, park and come in. If you are unable to attend the drive up window. Have it closed.

Seems like the store is run very badly by the store manager Brandon. Employees work harder than they have to for a drug store. My favorite beauty consultancy Dorothy is now gone presumably because of this bad management so I will not longer shop here.

This review is for Amber! She helped me out when I came in the store today. I was looking for Motrin tablets but could not locate them. She approached me asking if I needed help and went to the back to grab them for me. Very professional and great customer service skills! Thanks again Amber :)

Such a pleasure to have a very pleasant and courteous cashier at the register she made checkout a breeze and also went above and beyond to make sure I used all my available coupons! You have a very valuable employee ~

No stars. Worst employees and no humanity. Can't even admit to making a mistake and dealing with people's health and lively good. What goes around comes around, people like this should not be working in the medical field or dealing with customer service. Worst worst worst employees pharmacy and pharmacist ever!

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Kept telling me my prescription insurance card was a discount coupon card. After showing her the information she needed was on the card three or four times and her going to other representative store members who just said I was wrong with no investigation . When I got an insurance rep on line to correct them on the error of their ways I was treated with dirty looks and an attitude of contempt. Not once ? was a simple sorry or acknowledgement of mistake made.

I’ve loved all my interactions and experiences at this cvs. The pharmacists are efficient, professional and helpful. They have been great with me. I also love the selection of items. And the cashier was so helpful, she showed me how to download the app and it’s been a game changer.

This is the most disgusting and worst CVS I have ever been too. Pharmacy tech is disgusting and rude and decided he wanted to close the pharmacy early to take his lunch break. Followed by the store employee who threatened me bc they didn't like the way I spoke to the pharmacy tech. Horrible horrendous example of customer service.

Honestly I am so pissed I transferred to this CVS. My CVS shut down, this was most convenient as far as location. Ordered medication I needed. They tell me on its way 1 week. It’s been 3 weeks !!! Absolutely terrible service.

The worst! It literally take over an half hour waiting on line to get your prescriptions every time. I had switched to a local pharmacy no issues same prices and they even deliver if you want

i go here to procure my shampoo/conditioner (never both at the same time because i don't use them at the same rates), which i take to the self-checkout in order to have the least amount of human interaction. decent spot for dilly dallying.
