DO NOT BOOK. You will book with them & they will give your spot to someone else if you don’t answer them immediately. EVEN IF YOU ALREADY AGREED ON A TIME & DATE. Look on TikTok for other nail techs! There are so many out there. So unprofessional.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 8+ years and lately have been experiencing the worst service of my life. This place is so unorganized, they currently have a nail tech booking appointments, and checking people out, all while doing someone’s nails. The wait times are ridiculous, but not to mention when you don’t arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment you receive unprofessional text messages asking “Where are you ???” I also just had a broken nail only a few days after getting my nails done. I called on Friday and spoke to Kenny the owner and was told he would call me back within a few minutes to get me an appointment, and I never got a call back. I called again Saturday morning and was told to be there no later than 11:45 to get it fixed. I got there early at 11:35 and waiting until 12:10 to see Andrea. When I got there I was told that Andrea was almost done when she didn’t even start painting her clients nails yet. After waiting 35 minutes to get ONE nail fixed they continued to charge me. I feel extremely disappointed in this salon as a loyal customer and will have to look for a new salon!

Everyone here is amazing, they are all such talented nail artists and so friendly. I have been coming here for years for UV-Gel tips with Angie and gel pedicures. I give Angie my inspo picture and she always makes it happen.

I’ve generally had good experiences at Fine Touch Nails, and their work is always great. However, my recent visit left me frustrated. On January 14, I was quoted $65 for a fresh set of acrylics with cat eye polish. On March 21, I got a fill with cat eye and was charged $60. Since a fill is typically less expensive than a full set, I reached out to confirm if there was an error. The response was polite, asking for my name and number so they could check, but after following up a few times, I never received an answer.
I understand that prices may vary, but transparency and communication are key in customer service. A simple explanation would have gone a long way. I hope the salon improves in this area while continuing to provide the great quality work they’re known for.

I had a terrible experience at Fine Touch Nail Salon. The entire place felt unsanitary, and it was clear that the products they used were dirty. I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness, and I left feeling more concerned about my health than relaxed. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Been coming here for almost 3 years, for the most part happy with how my nails are done. Last few months not so pleased. Ended up with an infection under my nail, not fungus INFECTION! Had to go to the medi center to have it drained. I don't ever see them sterilize their equipment, drill bits or clips in between customers. I will not be coming back.

I requested a Pedicure with Magaly for 2pm and because the owner made a mistake they moved it up to 2:30pm. Then I get there no one asks if I have an appointment they just tell me to sit and someone else started the pedicure. If I had not asked the girls name it wouldn’t have been who I requested. Everyone in there had a negative vibe slight attitude including Magaly. Last time ever going here. Good Service and hospitality are important and this place had none of those things. Quality of the pedicure could be better she also rushed my pedicure.

Little wait, by appointment. Andrea is excellent! Nails are shaped smoothly, not thick, and she is fast. The owner is a funny guy, friendly, and fair. Prices are like everywhere else- pricy if you would fancy designs and reasonable for basic.

Magaly is my gurl. She is always pleasant and easy to talk to. Does her duty with ingrown if that is your major concern. ??? I've been with her and coming here for more than 4+ years.

First and LAST time at this nail salon. If you CHOOSE to take someone at or after 6, that should not affect the quality of service. The woman who did my manicure was on the phone the whole time and was not even going to properly take off the gel before starting the manicure. She continued to give me attitude throughout the service. They charge $5 if you want to pay with card (which is not posted anywhere in the salon). Then the receptionist tried to FORCE me to tip the woman who did my manicure $10. After refusing, she not only gave me attitude but was trying to charge me for change. Do not come here.

GHETTO! Don’t suggest a appointment time for the customer and make them wait 20 minutes! I had to take my child out of school early for the appointment they gave ME! They don’t care for your time. They only care about making money and getting you to come in! STILL WAITING for Veronica to do my pedicure as I am writing this google review because as much as I want to walk out I can’t because it is the holidays and every where else is booked. The unprofessionalism is unreal and sad! So far no one has updated me to tell me how much longer I have to wait!

Price was nice and people were friendly. The actual nails came out awful. They look so messy and bumpy up close. I will not return or refer anyone to this place. I have no time to return or get them redone before the holiday.
