Anyone that goes to this place it is garantied that will get ripped off his mentality is that he is smarter than you, I took my car there and I spend about or over$6,000.00 and the car never got fixed after that I sold the car for $4,500.00 the day after the new owner had to get the car towed so he called me and because I told him that it was just repaired and at that time it ran fine when was towed the mechanit for the new owner found out that the part that this Franklin auto had just replaced was installed wrong and not cleaned where was installed, his mecanit had to put the part that was just replaced from F. auto and the new owner gave me back the part that he had to replace took to F. Auto and said to me I get you credit for the part, after about one month he told me that he had credit for the part $311.00 but was on a debit card so he gave me the card but someone else name was on and had only $11.00 dollars in the next day had only $6.00 in and after going back and for to the shop about 8 time he never call back or never answer the phone, so what I can tell you he is not a good guy he charged me all that money one thing after onother never fixed got credit on my part kept the money and always new mechanit there never the same. This guy is a nightmare stay away.

Went for a windshield replacement, which was completed, but two other parts of the car were broken in the process. After over a month of trying to work with Harry, it still isn’t fixed and he is refusing to give us a refund. He lied many times saying it would get fixed today, then would leave without contacting us. Do not recommend this location.

I had to took my car here because the insurance’s tow had to leave near by. Unfortunately was the most horrible experience I paid a lot of money for a simple piece that even the dealer told me “the piece come together” there was many visits to this place just to fix again again and the owner was so dishonest, he lied a lot and even by a mix phone call the dealer hear the conversation about the piece and told me to take my car again there so they can do the right job but honestly I had to took to other place to fix it. Don’t go to this place expensive, dishonest job. (I even ask for picture at least
For the pieces that they changed but it was nothing nothing). They said they did a lot of job in my car but now I doubt it, after hearing the Nissan dealer and the owner conversation, he totally lied. DONT GO HERE

Decided to try Franklin Auto for a routine oil change. Upon picking up my car was told I needed additional very expensive parts and repairs. I was told that my car was a danger to drive in its current condition. Odd because my car had just passed inspection earlier that day. A faulty catalytic converter did not make sense. I refused the repairs and drove my car straight to my regular mechanic who found nothing wrong! Zero stars.

Save time and money and find an honest and professional place. The owner is a clown, no consideration for customer's time, let alone a decent service. He double-talks and you leave with the feeling that you have been conned.

BEWARE!!! should be a zero star, but it is not offered. I took my car a few months ago to have a tire repaired because it had a nail in it. He put it on the lift and told me I needed brakes and rotors. Price est. $6oo. I wasn't prepared to pay for that at that moment, so he told me to just get the brakes for approx. 300. I told him that I would bring it back within the next few weeks. Shortly thereafter, I brought my car (2020 model) for a scheduled oil change. I asked the mechanic there to check my brakes and were told that they were FINE. I was flabbergasted. I have used Franklin Auto and Tire for repairs before, and now I wonder how many times I have been cheated. Additionally, I unavoidably ran over a cone on the parkway on my way down the shore. I brought my car to a local gas station in Cape May to assess any damage before my drive back home. When it was on the lift, I asked mechanic again to check my brakes....and AGAIN, months later, I was told that my brakes are FINE!! Unless you have some knowledge of car parts and can assess the need for repair yourself, stay far away from this shop. Franklin Tire and Auto, you are a scam! I'm writing this to alert others so that they won't get ripped off! Shame on you!!
