Great facility, great trainer. Dennis trained me a few years back, and got me on the path to fitness and wellbeing. When it was time to find a karate instructor for my son, I knew I could only trust Dennis. My son loves it and every week we see how he progresses. Highly recommend.

Dennis is so knowledgeable. I’ve learned a lot and it’s made a noticeable difference. The downside, I had to get news smaller sizes.

Great place to workout. Machines always work, it's nice and clean and the staff is extremely friendly! Just wish the parking was better.
