I saw the negative reviews and was hesitant to come here, but maybe I went on a good day? Cause there was no wait, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The dr. was thorough and seemed to really care about the issues I came in for.I just moved here so I had no idea where to send my prescription. While I was being seen, the lady at the front desk found a spot close by my house and updated it for me.The dr. Printed out multiple pages of in network dr. for me since it was recommended that I go see a primary care physician as well.The staff was professional and the office was really clean. 10/10 definitely coming back if I need to.

This place is not the right place for me and probably not the right place for you. I have tried to get a strep test and they try to force me to do a Covid test telling me that that is the only way they can do the strep test is if they do the Covid test with it. Money grab find somewhere else. They are not sticking that thing up my nose!

VETERANS BEWARE. Two things. The photos on this urgent care are from 124 Washington Avenue (NOT 228 Franklin). THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE LOCATION AT 124 WASHINGTON AVE. Second this place has the worst billing department. They have used the wrong codes now three times on a single visit. I am currently filing an appeal because they tried billing my insurance an INDIVIDUAL doctor who is not covered, rather than the FACILITY that is covered. I don’t know if it is SHADY or LAZY practices but either way avoid this place.

I was so sick and they took me within an hour of me calling. The dr and medical assistants were polite, professional, and courteous. They gave me documentation for my job and the correct prescriptions. Just a side note, the place was immaculately clean and beautiful.

Came here for a Covid test, no symptoms, just a State employee, I’ve been here for two hours with the same people waiting around with me!! The wait time is horrible!!!! Just stay away!! I’m sure there are more efficient Med Express places to visit!!!

I’ve been coming here weekly for Covid test with an appointment. I always get seen around the time of appointment. Front desk and staff are nice. People complain about wait times but it’s usually people without an appointment.

I have been going back and forth with this company and their partner Riverside Medical Group because they refuse to properly process my claim. Representatives from my insurance have spoken to agents for riverside billing MULTIPLE times and now they chose to take me to collections for their own negligence. This is harassment and insurance fraud and I will handle it as such at this point.

Waited an hour and a half for a covid test today. As I approached the check in window i was told they would not be taking anymore walk ins. They didnt even have the courtesy or customer service to let everyone know that this could potentially happen. This is a frequent occurrence at this center. The staff is always rude when answering calls and aren't very knowledgeable. I also called last night well before closing time and was told "the doctor probably cant see you because he is about to leave".Would not recommend this place at all.

I went there and was given somebody else’s discharge papers AND prescriptions Which means someone else got mine with all of my personal information on it which I’m PRETTY SURE violates something. When I called back to tell them, the front desk tried to blame me!!! When I was waiting to leave, She literally called my NAME and handed them to me. Since I was there for 3.5 hours already I just grabbed them and left. Hadn’t noticed until I went to drop off my prescriptions, and I had someone else’s. All in all, the medical staff including the doctor seemed very new at this and unprofessional. I did not feel like I was in good hands here. Go to anywhere else just don’t go here. They have to get their stuff together and hire some staff that actually knows what they’re doing.

I have never posted a one star review for any business, on any platform, but I am SO frustrated after three consecutive days of trying to get COVID testing for my family, that I feel others should have this knowledge and be able to avoid going through the same difficulty. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was told to drive to the MedExpress parking lot, call from there, and someone would come test us in our car. The in-car testing was very important, as we are in complete quarantine in preparation for visiting my 91 year old grandmother, who has congestive heart failure, for the holidays. When we arrived, we were told that testing had been stopped for the day, and to come back in the morning. Frustrating, but we followed instructions and tried again. Wednesday morning we arrived shortly after opening, only to find that all the parking spots were full, people were lined up around the building instead of waiting in their cars, and we could not get a test if we were not in a parking space. We were advised to try the next day and come earlier. Today, Thursday, we arrived in the parking lot at 7:30am and found a space. We started calling as soon as the phone lines opened at 8am. I called 149 times and my husband called 137 times. He finally got through, registered for all of us and paid for our tests over the phone, and was told to wait for another call. When we finally got that call, we were told that because it was raining (which was incorrect—it was not raining at the time, but had rained earlier), the "provider" was requiring us to come inside the facility for testing. That would totally defeat the purpose of our quarantine, so we asked to speak to the provider. We were told he would not speak to us on the phone, no exception would be made, and the best they could do would be to offer us a refund. It is unacceptable not to deliver on the service that you promise to customers. That's why I called in advance, got my 7 year old up at 6am and made her wait in the car for 2 hours. All for nothing. Absolutely terrible service. They should make it right and deliver on what they say the will do!

If I could offer less than one star I would. Please DO NOT waste your time or money here. This morning I was registered at 8: 10 from my car....and ended up leaving without being seen at 8:50.No one entered the facility but the staff but despite the fact the employees were there by 8:00 they never came out to take any patients.The nurse who met me at the door when I tried to enter the facility to get an update on timing...this after I tried to call...was beyond nasty and rude.I was diagnosed and had a script in total 45 minutes at the second urgent care.Do not waste your time at this facility.
