Had an appointment and still waited over 25 minutes to get in the chair. I could tell she overbooked. After my hair was washed I was asked to wait again on a bench in the corner near the waiting area with my head dripping wrapped in a towel. I sat there waiting while she offered the next client a beverage. Very unprofessional. The haircut wasn’t bad but for the price I’d expect better service. You can tell certain individuals were priority over others.

Love the whole team that works here. The salon is luxurious and clean. The ambiance is relaxing and sophisticated. I enjoy working with Caterina she knows her craft very well and is fun to work with.

First time going to this salon & I loved my whole experience. Every step, from the welcoming greeting to the relaxing hair wash and expert signature Glamcatt cut by Caterina, contributed to a truly enjoyable experience. I'm thrilled with the results and eagerly anticipate my next appointment!

Love this place not only a hair salon but a great spa as well! Shannon always does a fantastic job with my hair, always so appreciative of the work she does! Shannon is kind and professional! Also Sulis Spa is awesome, Valerie is an amazing esthetician, she is very kind, informative and professional! Always great going here, receptionist are friendly and helpful, the ambiance is great in the salon and spa and everything is clean and beautiful aesthetically!

I had an overall pleasant experience at this salon. The atmosphere was beautiful and calm, and everyone was friendly, always wearing warm smiles. However, there were a few aspects that didn’t meet my expectations.
The young lady who washed my hair unfortunately didn’t do a great job. By day 3, my hair felt greasy and dirty, which is unusual for me since my hair typically doesn’t get greasy that quickly. Additionally, the blow dry didn’t turn out as expected. I have wavy, curly hair and had mentioned to the stylist that I’m not tender-headed, but unfortunately, the blowout didn’t give me the volume and bounce I was hoping for. I ended up having to go home and do a blowout myself to achieve the look I wanted, which was disappointing considering the high price of the service.
While the salon had a wonderful vibe, the hair services didn’t fully meet my expectations, especially for the price I paid. I hope this feedback can be helpful for future improvements! I will not be going back.

What an amazing difference when someone with talent cuts your hair. I wish I had started visiting Rosa years ago. I’ve received more compliments on my hair in the last 6 months than I have in the last 20 years. The entire staff at Melandre is welcoming and courteous. Diana the coordinator at the greeting desk is always friendly and of great assistance. Every transaction with her is seamless. I had to call to change an appointment date and Ashley made it easy and simple. Glad I found this place.

I have been going here since I was 11 years old and I would never go else where. Rosa is literally the best, so sweet and knows how to cut hair. She understands want I want and does it better. It’s so pretty and clean overall at the salon. Loni is very nice as well. Did my brother’s perm and he’s never been happier! Gianna at front desk is the nicest ever. Will be going here forever! Thank you guys!!

My hair colorist Ray, is the absolute best in the business! He has over 25 years of experience and I am so confident in him when he makes suggestions for my hair. He is a true artist and master of his craft! I go to Rosa for my haircuts and styles and she is absolutely amazing! She also is extremely experienced and a master hairstylist! She always listens to exactly what I want and then there are times when I don’t know what I want and she makes really helpful suggestions and I always love the outcome! I always leave this salon feeling super confident and beautiful. Everyone who works here is very friendly and professional.. I have never waited long to be seen and everything seems to run super organized here. The place is also spotless! I highy recommend giving this place a try!

Beautiful establishment and kind people Which is wonderful and I do admire that but When it comes to someone as myself that has curly hair i don't think is there specialty at all. I don't like to make a big scene when I go anywhere. I just pay my money. I will tip you but I will not go again to this establishment.
