He went above and beyond to find a suit that fit perfectly and helped coordinate the tailoring to ensure everything was just right. He consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the fit, never making us feel rushed or pressured. His patience and attention to detail truly made a difference. We returned a couple of days later when we realized we also needed a white shirt. Wilken was off that day, but Nash came to the rescue! He not only found the perfect shirt but also adjusted the button for a perfect fit and pressed it so it was ready to wear immediately to the service. His thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to us. We are incredibly grateful to both Wilken and Nash for their outstanding service, compassion, and attention to detail during a difficult time. “Great Tuxedo rental. Easy in and out, properly fit, looked sharp as can be. Most of all, the shoes were fantastic. Roberts careful care of ensuring the shoes were kept to their utmost level -- no heat, no peeling soles, absolutely top tier care in terms of making sure my feet were comfortable and cozy. Would rent form again, but only if I receive the very same pair of brown tuxedo shoes.”

“I’ve been here 3x now and every time Vela & Louis have been a big help. I’m not gonna lie, I do prefer Vela helping me 😂 I just feel like women understand what a guy is looking for a little better. Don’t beat me up y’all, that’s just my opinion 😂. I’m currently on a weight-loss journey, and looking back at my suits from December to now, I can definitely see the difference. Both suits were comfortable and fit perfect. I really like coming here. Vela & Louis are both nice, they listen, pay attention and actually help you pick something you’ll be happy with. And the same-day service is clutch because I’m always doing stuff last minute 😂. I’ve been meaning to leave this review, so I figured after renting another suit, now was the time.
