I’ve been to this establishment twice. The first time I had the lady technician work on my nails. Great service. The lady was very kind and made sure she took her time and did a good job. Second time going back today for acrylics with the male technician. No greetings, nothing. Not only did he not ask what design I wanted, what shape, the length, etc. the whole time he seemed annoyed and when you ask a question, he will ignore you. When I had to ask again, he raised his voice at me. Midway through working on my nails, he called out the other technician to finish my nails because I requested to add a little more color on my French tips. Without a word from him, the lady tech called me over to her table to finish my nails. Very very rude. I was the only customer there both times i ever went there. Safe to say, I will not be returning. You can find way better salons and customer service perhaps anywhere else. Be prepared to feel like you’re asking for too much while simply letting them know what kind of design, shape, color that you’re looking for. UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE MALE TECH. Bring your business elsewhere. Seems like they don’t even want to do the job right. It makes sense this place is always empty.

My go to nail salon. I've been to several in the area and I've never been more satisfied with their services. I am always welcomed with open arms I never leave unsatisfied. From gel pedicures to gel manicures to dip powder everything is always exactly how I want it. I've been coming here for years and I recommend it to everyone I know. Prices are reasonable too. You get exactly what you pay for my manicures and pedicures last 2 or 3 weeks! They take their time with every service and truly care about your wxperiencVery grateful thank you

One of my favorite manicurists in town! I stopped in on a random Sunday after not being able to be accommodated by my typical mail spot and was able to get seated for a manicure within 5 minutes. The nail tech did an excellent job, and i also noticed that she instructed me to dry my clear coats between applications, which is a technique that most don’t utilize and probably contributes to my manicures staying fresher for longer when done at this location. After a long hiatus, i will be making an effort to come here more often.

Hello Neighbors, was so upset by an experience I had with Nutley Nails. I am always hesitant to go there because the male technician is a smoker and stinks up the whole place, but decided to let it go just to use a gift certificate I had had and couldn't use through the pandemic. My daughter is a minor but she saves her money and has her nails done. I booked her an appointment there and told her to use up the gift certs. Not only did he charge more than ten dollars over her regular place, but he would not accept any of the gift cards. The $50 gift card was expired however most businesses would have accepted it based on the fact that we lost two years to Covid. Not him, Plus I had the customer cards, where you get ten services get next one free, 2 full cards and a bunch of almost full cards. This kid walked out of there spending $55 of her own money. I went in after her appointment and kindly asked him if he would honor even half of the certificate but he refused. I'm furious and wanted to alert my neighbors about what kind of business ethic this man has. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DOLLAR OF BUSINESS.
