Terrible experience with the owner, doesn't keep his word at all

Delivered a non-working sign. Refused to fix it or return phone calls for 2 years. We had to pay some one else to fix the sign. Started harassing for payments after 2 years. Extremely unprofessional, non-responsive and unethical individual. Stay away.

The guy never picks up the phone and never returns phone calls. Promises he will do a job and never comes through with it. Not a very good business man at all. He should not be allowed to own a business. If I could give them a negative star I would.
