today i want to write about my experience at pazzazz and spa ) first i came to my appointment on time and they rescheduled it last minute. i went to my rescheduled appointment they put me with a girl named sophia. before i started anything i showed sophia all my inspos, either for the cut or color. she said she can definitely get me to that color i asked her approximately how much she think it’s going to charge she said it’s by bowl so lets say the max you’d need for your hair is 3 bowl. 65 X 3= 195 plus 75 cut and blow dry. it’ll be 270 in today i said okay and we started on my hair. she recommended i get highlights to make the color better i said okay but not too much highlights. after she did the highlights and tonned my hair i noticed how she didn’t dye my hair ash brown like i asked for she only did highlights which is what i didn’t want from the jump but i said okay because she said it would compliment my ash brown hair. then i asked for long layers and face frame. she cut my hair so uneven on the bottom and before she cut my hair she BLEW DRYERD my hair first then cut which made my hair so harsh at the end and it was so damaged.

I made an appointment for Sofia on Sunday and there is no one in the salon when I arrive. This was a HUGE inconvenience and lack of organization on the salons behalf. If you make an appointment here, good luck. I hope you don’t get ghosted like I did.

Great salon! I always leave Melissa’s chair better than when I arrived! I’ve been going to Melissa for years, and now my Mom goes as well. Melissa truly listens to what her clients want and need. She brings her expertise and is able to execute a vision better than you could’ve imagined. Always you but elevated! I so look forward to each and every appointment, not only because I know I’m going to leave looking my best, but I also know Melissa makes the experience even better with her humor and TV show recommendations. Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment weeks ago for a very special trip I was going on. Let Kelsey know the trip was very important. They took a $30 deposit to hold my spot. Meaning if I cancel they keep my $30. I get a text message a day before my appointment from her saying she had to refund my deposit and cancel. No good explanation. No phone call. Now everywhere is booked and I can't get my nails done for the special trip.

Melissa is AMAZING!!! She was able to change my hair from jet black to a more warm, welcoming brown with highlights. I highly recommend her!! She is very knowledgeable in color correction. I’m so excited to get back in her chair! I always leave mor than satisfied with the end product. Thank you Melissa for always going above and beyond!!

Melissa is a MIRACLE WORKER. She took me from pitch black hair to a beautiful sandy dimensional blonde in 2 days without damaging my hair! I cannot recommend this salon enough. Everyone here does amazing work. The salon is so beautiful and everyone is extremely nice!Services: Balayage
