I have found one of the representatives here, Chris, to be extremely helpful. I was just speaking with him, and he could not have been more helpful, answering all of my questions in an above-and-beyond manner, as well as having been very kind and friendly. That kind of customer service goes an extremely long way with me, as I hope it does with everyone else he works with. Well done, it really gave me a fantastic impression of this branch.

Stay away from pnc if you live in Nutley.
They have zero customer service or bank tellers. If your transaction consists of anything more than an ATM transaction you need to go to Clifton.
My accounts will be closed as soon as I can open one in another bank

I don't appreciate how Banking is nowhere you want customers to use your ATM but when there a problem there's nothing to be done tying up people's funds are not SATISFACTORY EITHER FIND A SOLUTION OR GET RID OF IT

There’s some as*hole, African American worker that works here. If you want to waste your time, leave aggravated and frustrated definitely stop by & he’ll not only waste your time but will damage your whole good mood up too!

Well my experience at Pnc Bank has always been delightful, The tellers are nice, never had a problem with the drive-through ATM machine or the walk up ATM, or anybody that has ever existed me for that matter. The branch manager Mr. Reynaldo Gonzalez Is very professional, very informative and patient with all the questions we had about everything, including comparisons of other Banks and how their accounts work compared to Pnc .. He was so great that my son opened up his direct deposit with Pnc on MY visit to the branch, and he already has a direct deposit elsewhere.. THANK YOU MR. GONZALEZ

The business bankers at this location are complete morons . Also pnc won’t allow you to have a from home business which is pretty pathetic. I won’t state any names but the person who tried to set up my business account was completely inept . Anyway I bank right up the street now at a competitors branch which is way better . your loss pnc haha good luck with that business model
