Stay away from TD banks. they definitely don't have your back when it comes to fraud...received a phone call asking if I approve a purchase and told them no . I did not authorize it . they went ahead and put the charge thru. I filed a complaint 3 times to there " supposedly Fraud dept" where you can't speak with no one. it clearly shows fraud yet they keep believing the scammer. and on top of that keep charging me fees. this is a scam bank. please stay away.

td bank always seems to be understaffed. wait times of 45 mins for business banking customers is excessive. this nutley,nj branch at kingsland is the worst. the people who work here always make you feel as though you are interrupting their day

Great bank...however their toll free customer service number is awful. You have to go through three types of automated systems and over 8 questions before you actually get placed on hold for 12- 20 minutes. Their bank staff is phenomenal and very professional. I really can't say the same for their Hackensack location and definitely not their union city location.

TD Bank boasts that they are the most convenient bank. They aren't even close. I've been to many locations and they are very under staffed, making it so inconvenient for the customer. I've closed my account with them that I had for many years.

Great bank...however their toll free customer service number is awful. Say in line at the drive thru for Hours . Wouldn’t move up a car length for a half hour. They just don’t care and they’re slower then an old woman after 2 hip replacements 4 broken fingers and is blind
