The person uses his fingers like communicating with a dog. After he scanned my credit card for $1200, he walked away and never said a word. Thought he’s supposed to hand me the receipt and say “thank you, it’s a pleasure doing business with you”. That person I’d say a racist. He assumed I can’t speak English knowing I’m not Caucasian.

Pros go to Dyke’s Lumber, this place is for chumps. I’ve lived in Nutley for over 20yrs and I have never had a pleasant experience with Viola Brothers, their customer service is horrible.

I had questions installing a little library. The sales person gave me great advice and clear instructions. Pick up was very easy, so much better than those large big box home improvement stores.
