“Just picked up my car and am so pleased! I hit a blown tire on my way to NJ coming home from Maine to visit family, and my entire front end was messed up. Town 2 were so great throughout the entire process, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car towed up into the shop before the holiday weekend so I wouldn't be stuck without a car in NJ for more than I needed to. They called me with updates along the way (took about 2 weeks to fix because of all the parts that needed to be ordered, replaced, and then painting the new front bumper) and were very patient and kind. They finished the car earlier than the estimated finish date, which I am sooo happy about! Everyone was friendly when I picked up the car, and the car was washed and cleaner than when I left it with them. “Sending a HUGE THANK YOU. I had been camping for three days and stopped at Watkins Glen to snap a picture with my daughter. Little did I know my tire was completely flat. 2) Wait time might be long because they're in demand but it's worth it. Quality of repair, and paintwork is top notch.

They always go out of there way to help me checking prices, looking a bunch of stuff and sometime coming back again before i make a purchase. I used to be a Die Hard Elizabeth Truck Center customer. The RT46 staff is miles ahead of them with customer service and prices that compare to mail order giants.”

“Im a girl who doesnt know anything about cars! I walked in just knowing i may or may not need a new battery. Ryan brought out his machine to test my current battery and alternator-and let me know I needed a new battery. Leon right away said Im on it and grabbed the battery i chose and went to work. I expected to be there a long time-not the case! He was done in less than 15 minutes. They explained everything-in laymans terms was very nice and just cool people. I didnt feel lost or intimidated like I normally do when I go into a car parts store or mechanic. The manager also explained a deal to add on to my battery warranty which was super! I left there with a new battery with warranty and feeling safe on the road again! Entire staff is friendly and ready to help. Thanks guys!!!!”
