Very high prices compared to market rates. If you elect to do auto delivery they come when your tank is 50-60% full just to collect the service fees. Calling the office to complain means you'll talk to someone who takes the message and then never gets back to you.

This company wants to deliver every week to make money. it seems like they do not know how to range deliveries. I get deliveries every week which is insane. I’m paying for more fees than actual gas. Reach out to them and they have not idea why we have this issue. I guess that’s how you make money but in the end you will lose customer by doing this kinda business. I chose this company because the house I bought had it but I’ll definitively be changing gas company.Do not recommend this gas company is the worst. And it’s owner and no body from the company is capable of providing a solution.

They keep changing prices upon every delivery. There is never a Manager available to speak with and when one gets back to you a week later, they apologize and adjust the price. Next day delivery if the weekend is $500....insane....then they tack on a fee for anything they can think of. Received an invoice for miscellaneous charge. No one at the office could tell me what it was for. Looking to switch carriers. Every delivery is a fiasco...bate and switch is their game. A very painful encounter every time there is a delivery.

If you use them for a business, you essentially get billed twice a month, but one is "an invoice" which says Pay Now and the other is "a bill" that says Pay Now, and neither has all the information.When you call to ask about what you do owe, the rhetoric is basically Catch 22 style, because clearly you don't understand that there is a Bill and an Invoice. One (Invoice) has what you used for the month and no info regarding your account balance AND a total to pay. The other (Bill) has a charge for the meter reading and the previous balance and a current balance.After a second call, I was told to disregard the bill I got for $51 because it was taken from my $202 in credit. But why send me a Pay Now bill if I had a credit in the first place (and both have Pay Now on them). Glad to be moving to a new building that doesn't use their service.

We got blocked in by delivery and my daughter was late to work! On our account it is marked to call us prior to delivery. Fine for years. Last 2 deliveries. Nope. Last time, Superior called and apologized and said account marked and won't happen again. TODAY, we were blocked in by delivery truck. My daughter had to call work to let them know she would be late. A simple call ahead and we would have moved cars to accommodate. NOPE. That is why we have it on our account.

I had them fill my tanks which cost around $600. I applied for the budget plan and got approved. My first 2 bills were about $400, which I paid. Then they started charging $60 a month. I keep receiving bills for $60 while they owe me $109. That is very unprofessional practice. You are trying to get me to pay in advance for your product. Not happy with this kind of customer service. Then I call and they try to make me feel like I'm the crook. Do not do the budget plan, it's not a budget plan. I paid $109 extra and had to ask for my money back. Which takes a month, you guys suck. If something happened to me, no one would know to come collect that money. You do that to hope to steal people's money. Not to mention the Internet you received from investing my money. Smfh.

I like that I don't have to think about my propane - ever! It's always delivered without me having to do a thing. The bill is easy to pay and it's done until the next delivery - which again, I don't even have to think about - it's all automatic - I love it!
